Excellent experience using this amazing company! We wanted a unique look to blend in well with our new siding. The exterior was brick, with extremely varying colors and contrast. We decided to go with limewashing our brick, and after a ton of calls with no luck on anyone experienced enough to do the job, we finally found Rosewood. When they initially came to bid on the project, you can tell immediately that they were confident and knew what they were talking about. As an update to my earlier post, we decided to have the cabinets in our kitchen and laundry room painted. Cabinet doors and drawers were removed and taken to the warehouse for painting. The rest of the kitchen was prepped for the painting. These guys were extremely efficient and particular throughout the entire job. We also had new handles and new hinges put on. We loved their attitude and working through the job with them. The finished work is beautiful, we are more than satisfied with our new look. We do highly recommend them!Rosewood painted the interior of our home. We are extremely pleased with the quality of work and professional yet courteous and considerate interaction we had with Chad and those who worked with him. They were meticulous in the prep work and then the actual painting. We were able to make a change order during their work which was appreciated. Two years ago they did the walls and ceiling in our basement. This month we had them back to do the walls and trim on the main floor and two stairways. Rosewood Painting is the premiere paint vendor for our property management company. Tim is the account manager that we work with. They send a daily log via email providing a status update on the job so that we know where they're at, which is helpful because we have a lot of moving pieces with renovating properties, and we can easily schedule other vendors around them. They get the jobs completed faster than any other painting vendor we've worked with. They also follow the instructions in obtaining bids exactly as they are written. We've had problems with painting companies not following instructions on what we want them to include in their bid, such as painting floorboards, doing well repair, insides of closets and pantries, both sides of doors, and when those things are skipped after we requested them, we make them go back out and complete the job correctly. Rosewood has never done this. They are so detail oriented and have never made a mistake with us on any level. From start to finish, with a full house, including taking doors off to spray them, wall repair, ceilings, etc, they will be maybe 4 days max on a large home which is very good. We have tried about 7-8 main painting vendors over the 9 years I've been using painting vendors, and Rosewood is our preferred vendor. Another painting company we hired to do the same exact type of work for a similar sized home, took a full 3 weeks until completion and they told us they even worked nights and weekends. Not only did they take too long, but they installed the doors back onto the wrong locations. Or they'll take blinds off and not put them back up, clog the sinks with paint, not remove nails before painting over them, invoice the job before verifying the work was completed to our standard. Those types of mistakes we have had with every painting company except for Rosewood. As a bonus, they clean up after themselves and you never know they were there. Their invoices are in promptly as well (big deal for us so we can get our checks cut for payment). I hired them to touch-up paint my own home when I sold it within the last week. Mitch took that job and called me to check in twice to recommend taking the two doors off I wanted touch-up painted, and said he could take them to the shop to match the paint better there. They painted both my doors and did touch up paint on my entire house for less than $270 and all I provided was 1 gallon of pain that I had matched so it was ready for them. Never been displeased and our entire staff would recommend Rosewood to everyone.

I am thrilled with the way the paint turned out. Working with Rosewood was stress-free. Tim and Jill helped with the bid and scheduling, and were fantastic. They did exactly what they said they would do. The painters showed up as scheduled and each day on time. They told me exactly what was going on everyday. The best part was having Mauricio, Tyler, and Austin in my home every day. They were respectful, kind, and hard workers. They are craftsmen and did an absolutely beautiful job. At first I was sick about spending so much money, but it was worth every penny. Thank you Rosewood!
