We had such a good experience with everyone we interacted with from JM Mechanical. They installed a vent hood over our oven along with the ducting up through the roof and they did a great job, were super friendly, thorough, and explained everything to us in detail. We had received quotes from two other companies prior to calling JM & both other companies quoted significantly higher prices and made it seem like this was some type of unheard of, complex task we were asking for. JM knocked it out quick & easy, which gave us a ton of confidence that they knew what they were doing. So glad we decided to give them a call and will use them for all of our additional HVAC needs in the future.

I found exposed bare wires left inside the furnace when replacing the furnace filter. Also I was not told that the new furnace would be very loud and increase our gas bill. It was expensive as well but we were in a rush to get a new furnace since our old furnace had gone out.

I had JM Mechanical install a new boiler in my house and they did a fantastic job. Brock and his team treated me like I was spending a million dollars with them. They were on time and kept things super clean, and installed everything in a timely manor. I would suggest them to anyone that is looking to get any heating or plumbing fixed in a home. A 30 year old furnace I needed replaced. It was in a dirt crawl space. They took it out in pieces . They completely revamp every usable closet space brought furnace up to main level. Innovative design on the spot. ,new vents.and accessible to maintaining. This was bitter snow and cold. They took 3 days and it was done. So satisfied. They can work miracles. Use JM Mechanical. Called at 8:15am. Told that tech would arrive between 9-11am. Tech (Rodney) called at 9:55am. Showed up at 10:08am. Fixed by 10:42am. Service charge and small repair charge. Minor charge relative to a total replacement! What a great company! Thanks JM!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! The technician showed up at the house listened to what I told them was wrong with the A/C unit, said he had to make call about the unit. When he came back (5 minutes or less) said the company who carries the make and model of my air conditioner isn’t open and that he would have to call them the following day. At this point he checked the temperature of my compressor fan and made a phone call. The technician now says I owe him a service fee of $69 (standard rate) for coming out… I asked for what, to which he replies that is what it cost to send a truck to a customers house…. Not that he actually diagnosed the unit, identified the problem, and came up with a solution… ooooooh no!!!! He checked the temp and made a call. I found Cache Comfort Systems online. Their technician responded almost immediately. Actually diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and left the unit in a better situation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!Service: A/C system repair

I have worked with both the HVAC side of this company and the plumbing side. I have found both are reliable and honest. I had the plumbers do two homes for me now. They take their time and make sure it’s done right. I had an issue in a new construction home called Jade about it and within 10 minutes Ben was out to fix it. Both guys are skilled and knowledgeable in plumbing and willing to do what it takes to make it right.

Worth the service fee even though there are cheaper out there! They found and fixed the problem within minutes of being at my home. And that was after Gary Ricks had come, burnt up my thermostat bought a new one and then told me I needed a whole new furnace. And left me and my 2 young kids without any form of heat in the winter.We moved and had problems with our furnace at this place also and I immediately called JM mechanical. Came out fixed the problem withing 20 minutes. Very decent and kind workers.

Told me about their service contracts and I purchased a one year, so I do not need to worry about remembering when to have my air conditioner serviced. My furnace was blowing cold air after a power outage in the city. I looked online to see if I could fix it. I knew what had to be done, but couldn't figure out how to do it.J M sent a skilled technician that fixed the issue quickly and showed me how to do it myself.He also mentioned that I should start looking for a new unit (mine is old) and what new technology is available and what features I can look forward to. He even recommended I look at local energy efficient rebates in the area.Great experience overall.

Rodney the technician was very prompt, came when he said he would and was very knowledgeable and thorough with his work. I was greatly pleased with his service, explanations of what he was doing and why. He was also very helpful in discussing proper maintenance and care of my AC unit. This was my first interaction with them. The tech arrived a couple hours after I first called and was able to quickly diagnose the issue. The motor was frozen up on our ac unit because it was old. He was was able to get it loose and, with some oil, it ran fine for a couple days while the replacement came in. Now the motor is replaced so it doesn't keep freezing up. Overall, they were timely, helpful, and courteous and it was a positive experience. Best of all, we don't have to melt in the heat anymore!

They came to put in AC and they were pretty unprofessional. The first day they left a valve open that leaked gas into our house. The second day they left our door unlocked and the third day when we got back home at midnight, our front door was wide open. They split blood from a cut on our carpet and didn't clean it up until the last day, where they wiped it briefly with a rag but it wouldn't come out. They don't wear masks or shoe covers. It was all pretty disappointing, highly recommend someone else.Update: Our landlord sent them to look at why the AC wasn't working and Matthew did a great job at fixing it up so it would work (Wasn't their installation that was the problem). Matthew was also much more professional than our last technicians. 5 star for Matthew and 1 star for the ones who installed who left a gas leak and our doors wide open.

We have a cabin in Bear Lake, and in the middle of a guest booking, our air conditioner were out! I called JM Mechanical, and they jumped as high as they could to help! They sent Mitchell Roger to save us! Mitchel was amazing to work with. He did everything he could to make sure the parts arrived as soon as possible! Mitchell from J M Mechanical came out to do a diagnostic visit on our A/C that quit working. I was fully expecting to need to shell outfit an expensive blower motor replacement but he discovered it was just a bad capacitor which ended up being a lot cheaper than I had planned.I called the office and they came out the next day and now my A/C works great!!

Pretty awesome experience with JM Mechanical. Needed my furnace replaced, Scott worked with me and found a solution that fit my budget. During the install, my 28 year old fragile AC coil broke and was irreparable, Scott and JM Mechanical stepped up above and beyond to make it right. Install looks good and works great. Very happy and would recommend them.
