I’ve been using this location for 20yrs I’ve always enjoyed my relationships with the staff. Recently the last half of a year one of the young lady’s at the contractors desk has made it unbearable to approach the Prodesk. Her snotty attitude is very unprofessional. We spend hundreds of thousands at Home Depot annually some times exceedingly more. After my last visit I’m probably not coming back. I’ve watched her talk about customers like they were livestock absolutely disgusting display of customer service.

The BEST place to rent a work truck if you need to move some things! It was so easy and the the customer service was so helpful and understanding. A great price too, with miles included. Don't go to Uhaul and get overcharged and frustrated dealing with an automated phone system rather than a live customer service rep.

I live in Idaho and wanted to buy a heavy item weighing 150 lb on the Home Depot website. Unfortunately, the site did not allow for transport to my local Home Depot or to my house. They did, however, have the item available at the Logon, Utah Home Depot (145 miles from my home)I was totally blown away when I walked in the store by:1. The cleanliness of the bathrooms2. The cleanliness and tideness of the overall store3. The friendless of the staff4. The help I received while checking out.5. The help I got from the person. ( Amanda) Who helped me from the time I talked to her on the phone a few days before going down to purchase the item. Too finally getting that heavy box on a trolly and loading it in my truck.I've been in a few Home Depot over the years in my travels, and this store in Logan, Utah, is light years ahead of any and all others I've been in ! 😁😁😁😁😁The only downside is that it's too far to go for my project needs. 😒

I was blown away by the helpfulness of employees. Even on a busy day, they were so willing to answer each question and take the extra time. But especially need to send a shout out to Veronica who was just phenomenal at taking care of us. She was an expert and was so patience answering every question we had with such kindness. So grateful that we chose to buy our new washer and dryer here.

The people working here are fantastic. I got help finding my item and even putting it together. I would have never been able to do that myself with my disability. They have wonderful customer service here.

I called several times today to place an order that could only be done over the phone. Could not get anyone to call me back as promised in a timely manner. Over 6 hours later they finally called back but it was too late. I had a friend in town from 2 1/2 hour drive away as my local Home Depot was out of the blinds I needed. All I wanted them to do is cut a little off each one and put them in will call so my friend could pick them up and save me 5 hours of driving. I gave up on them ever calling me back and my friend was literally in the store buying the blinds I needed when they called. My local Home Depot said they would cut them for me tomorrow.They get a 0 for customer service. What could be so pressing that it takes them 6 hours to even put me in contact with someone who could even verify if the product was available let alone help me at all. I wouldn’t trust them to cut them at this point. Unbelievable!!!That said, Home Depot is still my favorite store however there is no excuse for this.This was Only the Logan Utah store.

Update: Talked to another employee and he was more helpful. He used Home Depot's app to help us look up a portable air compressor, which they didn't end up having.They didn't have what I needed (3/8 fine threaded nut or a small metal bracket to hold a bookshelf to my wall) and I got very little help from the employees when I was looking around the store. I don't like giving a bad review because maybe they (the 4 employees I tried to get help from) were just having a bad day, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and still give a 3 star for now, because I will be back and will increase my rating if it is warranted. I mean, heck, I would be grumpy too if I had to wear a 😷 all day.

Tired of sitting in the car with my 4 toddlers planning on the convenience of curbside pick up. I get here go into the app to let them know I'm here and what parking spot I'm in, AFTER they've told me my order is ready. Always waiting 10+ minutes for a "READY ORDER" 🙄🙄 However...they are always kind, apologetic and did give me $$ off my order for the inconvenience.

I want to take the time to complement the following supervisor and associates at the Home Depot store in Logan Utah: Thank you Maria, Lanae, George G; Sarah, Richard, Rick, Amanda, Crystal, Kiara, Mayla, Angel and many others who have made my purchases easy, and pleasant, and for the concern and courteous help every time I needed to locate certain materials and items needed for my multiple projects I conducted , and completed at my personal home. I highly recommend this store for the professionalism shown by most of its employees at all times.

I really appreciated the truck rental service. It's a great deal too: $19 for the first 75 mins + $5 for every additional 15 mins (prorated). It's great for quick trips around town. However, be aware that they will bump the rate up if you keep the truck for beyond 4 hours.

I have always loved Home Depot. They're usually very quick to help with whatever I need.I recently put in a very big order. It kept getting delayed. When everything had finally arrived, they called to let me know that I could pick it up. Nothing was ready. Some of the order wasn't even at the store, and they informed me, after several weeks of waiting, that they weren't going to be able to get some of the things that I ordered.Sue and the assistant manager were AMAZING! They were beyond helpful. They made sure that I left the store with everything that I needed-one way or another. I was very impressed with how customer oriented they both were! Thanks for seeing our needs and putting us first so that we could get our project done on time. We appreciate you!

We come here to get different things for my husband. We have gotten lots of his power tools, a grill cover, wood for different projects, shingles, you name it. And while he is off looking at tools, I am getting plants! I think I am now up to 4 plants from Home Depot. Whenever husband needs something, I get rewarded with a new plant! Win-win! And they have really cute plant pots as well. This is my sago palm and lucky bamboo :)

The flooring specialist was knowledgeable and helpful, too bad they don't stock everything you need for a laminate floor project.Brayden in the lumber department was helpful with loading plywood.

I want to bring attention to the incredible customer service I received from Joseph on Monday September 25th. He earned a sale and continued customer loyalty when he price matched a competitor. I have been a home depot customer for many years and because of employees like him will continue to seek out home depot over the competition.

Came home from vacation to find my water heater decided to take its own life while I was gone. Managed to find a new one on the shelf. Sadly, the plumber in our town doesn't work weekends. Luckily, I ran into an employee here, who was so knowledgeable in regards to the subject that I could've sat there and picked his brain for hours. He gave me great advice and tips. Anyway, 3 hours after I left the store, I have just finished installing a water heater for the first time and it ops chk'd good. To John, the employee with the excellent mustache, you have my utmost gratitude.

Home Depot is almost always great, but I went into tonight looking to get some help with power tools, but I couldn’t get the older guy to come and help me property. It was like a game of telephone but worse since I went to the product, back to him, back to the product. The whole situation was super uncomfortable. It would have been much better if this guy actually came to the isle, looked at the tools I was interested in, and been able to help me get my questions properly answered at the product! 99/100 times I ask a question and the associates, without thinking, take me to the isle and we look at the products together. Why this guy was unable to come with me is unclear. It was a poor representation of the great service Home Depot usually provides its customers. I left Home Depot not purchasing anything.

I ordered 100 bags of concrete, at 60lbs a piece, from the store and the delivery went badly, I wasn't home, but someone was, delivery driver put the pallets right in the driveway and refused to move them anywhere else. We called the Logan store and they sent two people, I think one was the manager or assistant manager, with a wheelbarrow and moved all of the bags by hand. Some of the best service I have ever recieved.

I bought a 90$ piece of fine finish .75" plywood to build some floating shelves, it wasn't until after I cut it with ultra fine finish blades and started assembly that the vaneer which was about as thin as paper started peeling on almost every edge. It wasn't suitable for anything other than a 4x8 board, yet when I talked to customer service I was informed that there could be no resolution due to it being cut. So now I'm out 90$ and several hours of working time.

went to purchase an out of season item that their site says they have 30 in stock. Apparently customer service desk and any employee i asked were to busy standing around to be bothered finding an item to sell to the customer. I guess Lowes gets all my business from now on.

Wonderful experience, in this date and time. I was in a hurry and needed an item. I approached the customer service counter and explained that I had been to a few other places already. The young lady (I wish I could remember her name) was friendly, and right away, she did a computer search. Although they did not have the exact item, she offered to take me to the section of similar items. I was in and out within minutes 😀

We came here for supplies 😎 and got everything we needed on our list. The staff was fast and friendly with us which was awesome. They answered every question we had and even showed us what isle we could find some of of things on our list. Just a wonderful store and it's very clean and we loved being able to find it all in one store. This place is perfect for us. Even the management is GREAT.. My aunt lost a few items and didn't know what happened to them.. they were willing to replace them but by my aunt found the lost bag and item. But how cool is that for them to back up the customer that way. Just amazing customer service.. Well done Hone Depot and Management team when we visited the other day.. 5 star experience ✨️ for us. We had a detailed order that was difficult to place online because there were so many moving pieces. Veronica in the appliance department took care of everything. She was pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. I have had hit and miss experiences at this HD location but Veronica was a home run! They’re lucky to have her.

I asked help from a worker named John who was obviously busy with an assigned task but he took the time to help me understand what type of sump pump that I needed and the types of pipes and connectors as well. He saved me so much time trying to search what would be best online and probably saved me a trip or two by getting me the right little pieces. He was the best!!

Don’t expect Sue at customer service to offer actual “customer service.” Instead you’ll find that she is eager to argue with you. Don’t shop here. Go to Lowe’s where they can remember what you talked about less than a minute ago.
