Owner believes it ok to do construction in a park with iron rods sticking out of the ground while the free summer lunch is active and over well 50 children are in the park running around. No caution tape was up for well over a hour. When I called and complained he said what should I do fire them? He then blamed the Government stating it's their fault for the hold up. Which has no real reason as to why there was no action taken. Then proceeded to tell me he is at the location and they were spoken with. All in the same phone call. There was no meeting. All that was done after I said something laughing and poking fun that I a female spoke up and distributed their hour break. Completely ridiculous!
