She was always on top of things, punctual, a great communicator, honest and willing to go the extra mile. We had started on our own but life got busy and she just picked up where we left off and got the job done. We had AmeriWood build us a large custom barn door for one of the rooms in our home and it is perfect! Because it was so large she had to work through some problem solving issues for getting it in the house and installing it. I was very impressed with her ability to work through those little issues that sometimes come up when your working on a project like this, and still manage to get us exactly what we wanted.Because we were so happy with our barn door we had Britney come back and build us a custom shiplap wall in our living room. This wall turned out beautifully. We will go to AmeriWood with all of our home renovation needs. Her quality, professionalism, and value is unmatched! We are so pleased we used Ameriwood Construction. We had a ceiling crack from where a previous builder had taken out a load-bearing wall, after telling us it wasn't load bearing.Ameriwood was prompt in response, more than competitive in price, kept us informed every step of the way and did a great professional job installing a double 18-foot beam in our roof. Now, looking at the ceiling, you would never know there was a problem.Britney runs the company and deserves the credit. She is super to work with. Even with the expected project hiccups, Britney pivoted quickly, stayed in communication, and managed her subs to successfully complete our project on time and on budget.
