Called and set up an appointment for an emergency repair for a leak in my parents foundation. They agreed to come out the following day to look at it at 10 am. Waited until 2 pm with no call and no visit. Called to find out what the issue was. They told me they had accidentally double booked themselves for the same time but they would have a project manager call me right back to reschedule a visit. It’s now Thursday and no return call or no response. Unprofessional. Don’t count on them if you have an emergency.

Brandon was the first contact I had with this company and he was most assuring and made me feel immediately that things would be taken care of swiftly and appropriately.For sure that is what you really want to hear because your in a panic when you realize you basement bedroom and surrounding area are under water. So as things progressed and various workers came to do what was needed to proceed forward I really felt so comfortable with each and everyone of the young workers (well younger than me....I'm 82) Hayden, Matt,Anthony,Dylan,Logan, JJ, Mali all came on different occasions and were so great to work with and even helped in extra ways that I was unable to accomplish myself. I so appreciated each one of them for being so careful and dedicated to their work.Plus so kind and friendly. I would highly recommend this company and have enjoyed working with them.We are still in the process of getting done with everything but it's been so helpful to work with such great guys. I experienced my first big house problem at my current house when the sump pump burned out and spewed sewage in my utility room and also out of the bathtub.The pump was covered under my homeowners warranty but I had to find a company to pump the reservoir our before the pump could be replaced. I originally reached out to a large restoration company who gave me the runaround and wanted to charge me $1500. I would have used them but they weren’t adding me to their schedule.Out of desperation one Friday afternoon I called 911 restoration. A representative stopped by that afternoon and they added me to their schedule for TuesdayHayden showed up and went right to work cleaning out the yucky basin. The smell and contents were awful but he kept going and did an incredible job for me. I felt safe and comfortable with him and his partner. They did a great job, cleaned up the carpet and left me totally ready to have the pump installed the next day. For a total charge of $250. I feel like I totally dodged a bullet there and would always recommend Hayden and 911 RestorationService: Sewage cleanup

We had a major leak in my crawl space that filled with water and the great team at 911 acted as my advocate from day 1. 911 Restoration are life savers!!I woke up to my daughters bedroom flooded. I Called Ben and within the hour he had Brandon out to the house. Within 45 minutes Matt showed up to pull up the carpet, tear out my padding and sucked up all the water. Sadly the damage went into our bathroom next door as well. They got the basement dried, dehumidified, anti molding and smelling nice. DeShawn and his partner ripped out my bathroom flooring. They called the plumber for me and handled my insurance company. All within a matter of days.I’m currently waiting on the contractor to come for repairs. Brandon was amazing he kept me up to date on what was happening and what was next. These guys are no joke. If you need someone fast and efficient, that will get the job done with no BS. Call 911 Restoration. We had a bidet malfunction and didn't know for probably a few hours. Stepped in a puddle in my living room! Called 911 Restoration and Brandon was able to be at my home within an hour of us finding the leak. Living in City Center Eagle Mountain and late Friday afternoon I thought for sure no one would be coming. Brandon was very thorough and helping us navigate this unfortunate event. He walked around and reassured us we were in great hands. And he was not lying. JJ and another gentleman (didn't catch his name) came and was at my home sucking up water from my master bathroom, bedroom, the living room beneath it. The water also leaked into my basement. JJ and the gentleman did everything to make sure we wouldn't have water damage or mold! They had found more water where we actually didn't think it got. They had to take carpet padding and baseboards out to dry the drywall and the carpet. We had fans going for the weekend and when Monday came Hayden and another gentleman showed up and made sure everything was drying out. We had to have our hardwood taken out and cabinets as well! Hayden and JJ made sure the granite didn't break or crack. We needed a plumber to come out to install a temp sink and Hayden checked in to make sure it was put in. He made calls to get it in asap. Honestly, Ben and his team are extremely timely and professional. We had a big flooding issue in our basement as the result of a leaky pipe and they were out within an hour of my phone call with a full team and equipment. Not only that, but their inspection discovered asbestos tile we didn't even know was under the carpet. They helped us with that remediation as well as the plumbing fixes to stop the flooding. After all of that, he also referred us to a contractor for the repairs. I hope we don't ever have flooding in our home again, but, if we do, Ben and Restoration 911 will be my first phone call. We had a 150 gallon fish tank break and flood our condo as well as the one below us. Ben and his team were great about being there promptly and helping us out. This happened the morning we were leaving to go on a 12 day vacation. Ben has taken care of everything and been so good to help us with the clean up, scheduling repairs (done by a separate company), and dealing with our insurance. We left without a worry and have been really impressed. Ben was great to keep in contact with us and has always been accessible for me to ask any questions. I haven't felt stressed about the situation since before I called them to come help.It did take longer than expected to be 100% complete, but the holidays were definitely a factor, along with scheduling sub contractors. This is definitely a company that I would recommend over and over.

I couldn’t recommend 911 Restoration enough! On Labor Day around 6:30 at night, our upstairs laundry room flooded, not only causing damage to several rooms and spaces surrounding the upstairs, but also to our kitchen directly below it and our garage. 911 was at our house 45 minutes after we called and stayed late to start the long dry-up process to save our home from further water damage. Brandon and his team came daily to make sure everything was progressing as it should and to make changes if and when needed. We were always able to get ahold of Brandon quickly whenever we had questions or concerns. Not only was his team professional, they were all very friendly and polite, especially since we had so many questions and concerns throughout this process. We called 911 restoration on a weekend evening when we had a water emergency in our ceiling. Brandon and his crew showed up within 30 minutes and got the situation under control until we could file our insurance claim Monday morning. I had a lot of questions and concerns and Ben was so patient in answering all of my questions and giving me assurance when I was a stress nut. Their billing was accurate and honest. The only advice I’d give others, is this company only handles the cleanup and drying, they don’t do the repair of any damage. Our pipe broke in the basement and flooded it. 911 Restoration answered the phone. Within an hour they were at my house. They were very professional. They explained the process in detail. They proceeded the process of drying. They worked until all the obstacles were overcome. The supervisor was in contact with me daily as well as the crew. They did a great job! I called on a Saturday expecting to be told that it would be a while before someone could get to me. Boy was I wrong. Within twenty minutes I had a professional at my door who was extremely helpful. I'm a renter so he knew before he came out that he likely wouldn't be able to do much without my landlord being there to sign off on stuff. My landlord is currently doing "van life" and regularly cannot be reached for days at a time. At that point I hadn't heard anything from her. Even so Ben came out and assessed the issue and was able to locate the leak and shut the water off that was leading to it so that at least until my landlord could address it the damage wasn't getting worse. I couldn't be more impressed. In terms of needing a BIG concern addressed ASAP, this is the company to go with. Also, Ben I hope they are paying you well! You were the only person I talked to that day that made me feel like it was gonna be okay.

Flooded basement. 911 Restoration was on site in less than an hour. They gave us a quote for the damage and the clean up crew showed up within 90 minutes. We were drying out within just a couple of hours of the disaster. They worked with us over the next few days to ensure that everything was drying. Then came the bill ... completely fair and honest. Great people, great service. Highly recommended.

I had a job done with 911, and I am very unhappy with how long it took me to get everything taken care of. I had a little bit of water damage in my basement from the outside, and they suggested that I need to get my foundation looked at first (my house is old, so there are some nail holes). I got that done, and it took me longer than a month to get the wall up since then. It is mainly due to the fact that they didn't keep their time and call me to schedule a time with me. They did not respond to my calls in timely manner either. I had to call them multiple times to get things set up. After all the work was done was the only time that they called me before I reached out. I do not recommend these guys at all.

Great initial experience, but beware. They do a good job with the mitigation stage but then are terrible with the repair stage. Their carpet guy, paint guy and workers do incomplete and bad work and there's nothing you can do because you're at the mercy of their subs. Our carpet is wavy and it crunches on the edges, there is paint on our base boards and the guy doing the base board repair kept telling me how cheap my base boards were. Just what I want to hear when dealing with a $20k home leak. Once 911 is paid, they'll stop answering phone calls and won't finish the work. Our bathroom is finally ready to be put back together and they won't return any calls/texts. Super frustrating and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I woke last Thursday morning to no hot water and my basement flooded. The bottom of my water heater had eroded and all the water had leaked out. I called 911 Restoration and they were there within the hour. Adam did a review of the situation and then gave me a thorough review of what he found. He explained their process and the projected amount of time it was expected to take. I had continued water issues and they were there every time I called and they discovered the cause of the continual leak and resolved the issue.I would highly recommend them to anyone who needed help.

Find someone else, don't get services through this company, or at least through Brian. We had at most 1hr of work done at our house before we cancelled, and he tried to charge us for various non existent services and equipment set up! 1 hr of work, 2 gutter extensions (70 bucks total) and a heater set up ended up costing us 700 dollars (but would ve been over 1000 if we didn't dispute the bill! ($360 for 2 days of heater use), and a non existent emergency service call (NO free estimate) for over $100!! Dishonest! Highly not recommended.
