We recently had flooding in our family room due to a hose bib/pipe burst in the wall, and upon filing a claim with our home insurance, they recommended 3 companies that could help in our area...Prime Restoration was THE ONLY ONE that answered the phone, and even more incredible is that they were able to get a crew to our home within an hour or two, which was super helpful to us in our time of need!Alex was the project manager, and was very helpful in starting the clean up and was great at communicating the next steps to us. Christian and Ben were the mitigation technicians assigned to our property, and they were fantastic as well! They were punctual and personable every time they dropped by to check the mitigation progress, which we really appreciated!Kimmie at their office was helpful with some of the administrative tasks and was very pleasant to speak with. Lastly, Jon (the owner of the company) stopped by at the end of the project to see how things went, which was very impressive, and seemed to go above and beyond what one would reasonably expect.Every interaction we had with Prime Restoration was a positive one, which is often difficult to accomplish in stressful situations regarding a home emergency, yet somehow they pulled it off!We will recommend them to anyone who needs assistance, and are definitely grateful for all the hard work and professionalism they showed to us from beginning to end. I have had a lot of experience getting to know the owner of Prime Restoration over time and don’t have anything negative.Literally this is the most organized, most thorough, most advanced restoration company I have EVER known. The owner Jon is honest and caring and spends thousands of dollars a year just on his employees to make sure they are more than capable but efficient and knowledgeable! Highly recommend.

We highly recommend Prime Restoration! We had a plumbing failure cause a flood in our basement. Prime Restoration had been recommended to me by neighbors who had also experienced flooding. I was surprised at how quickly they were able to come to my house and get to work! They truly exceeded expectations in every way. Their communication was excellent--far better than my insurance company. They were always on top of everything. I felt that my concerns were always listened to, and they were very patient with sorting out all the insurance details, even when my agent would disappear for weeks. I never felt rushed or pressured for anything. The crew who worked in my home were very respectful and friendly, and did an excellent job. My basement now looks even better than it did pre-flood! I would recommend them to anyone with no hesitation!

I have had the “opportunity” to work with Prime twice in the last year. Despite the circumstances that required we call a restoration company, the experience we had both times was top notch. The communication was superb, and every person we worked with was considerarte, and took extra time to answer my questions and educate me on the entire process. I would highly recommend them if you find yourself in need of a restoration company.

Chose Prime Restoration because of great reviews. A bid was given to us and we decided to go with Prime. We paid half and then they began their work. Then more invoices came in that were due and the job had not been completed. We are now stuck finishing the job and putting back together our cabinetry, baseboards etc. Our mistakes was not having clearly defined agreement and understanding of the expenses. WE have worked with many contractors over the years. This experience was definitely out of the norm and when asked about why were were being expected to pay without the job being finished there was a lack of kindness and professionalism. I would just suggest that when you hire Prime that you truly understand the bid and all of the expenses and any hidden fees that are added on later.Update to my review: I have tried to reach out and there is no answer. Is there another way to reach out? I own the business you came to out in Benjamin, Utah with the upstairs bathroom flood. We have paid our invoices in full. I would like a detailed invoice of the work actually completed and what we paid for. The BID is very detailed, the invoices are not. The job was not completed leaving the bathroom and carpet completely tore up and the invoices we have paid thus far are way over what we were BID. We tried to talk to Prime about this and got no where. Is there someone I can speak to about our situation? Thank you.

We were SO impressed with everyone who came to our home--the project managers and all the other workers. They were all friendly, kind, efficient, and professional. Really great to work with. The repairs and treatment we needed probably amounted to a small-medium project for them, but we always felt like we were a high priority. Super helpful in navigating the insurance side of things. Prompt communicators, which extends to the contractors they had help us as well.We had some interactions with one of their main competitors, which were honestly very frustrating in comparison. I do not hesitate to recommend Prime Restoration!!

Prime Restoration has been AMAZING. They've helped us with the mitigation and rebuild from 2 different floods. Always responsive and professional. They even went to bat with the insurance company for us as the insurance drug it out for months. But Prime was always cool and patient. Just above and beyond. Very professional work too. I had an experience with prime restoration. The guy that I worked with name was Chad. He showed up right away took care of everything he needed to. He was fast and direct and very friendly with my dogs and our kids. We really enjoyed having him working with us on repairing our home. We had a little disaster at our home when I forgot to turn the water off in our tub. Water flooded my bathroom, sank through the ceiling into the basement and was coming out of the lights. 😅Chad was so professional and helpful. They showed up when they said they would! Not only did they take care of our water issue in our home, they went to bat for us when the insurance company had some crossed wires which might have otherwise cost us thousands of dollars, they didn't have to do that but they did do that on our behalf.I can't wait for the rebuild, the quality and care they put into our home already shows they understand that PEOPLE live there. We had a waterline in our kitchen break and flood for 8 hours and these guys were recommended by my insurance so I took a shot. These guys were amazing! Delta Restoration was amazing to work with!! 11/10 experience. They are reliable, personable, and knowledgable. I can tell they care about me as an individual—everyone I ever spoke to at the office kept congratulating me on my upcoming marriage, which I had only mentioned in passing once to Jon, the owner. 😂 They helped me deal with my insurance when they were being difficult, and went above and beyond with finding good subcontractors.
