Travis gave us a great bid on finishing our basement which included a basement apartment for part of it. He was professional and did a great job communicating. With any project there are likely to be some hiccups, a project this size, we did run into a couple of problems. Every time Travis was very quick to respond and walk us through what was going to be done to resolve any issues we had. He would even show up in person when we had any concerns. His Subcontractors seemed very loyal and they too were great to work with and get things right! We love the way our basement turned out! Having the extra space, functional storage and a rental has been amazing! We’re so glad we hired Travis Miller to finish our basement. He and his licensed subcontractors did an amazing job, completing the project from start to finish in six weeks. The overall cost was highly competitive and worth every penny. I’ve worked with a few general contractors on basements before and have never had a super good experience with them, let alone a phenomenal experience as good as with Travis! He communicates so incredibly well, got the project done in really good time, and it looks amazing! And he was always willing to do anything he could to make sure I was happy with the end result. I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but I was so thrilled about Travis and finally finding and incredible GC that I couldn’t help but get on here and rave a little! Recommend 100/10. Everyday back to back the framers would come the next day sheetrock, it was done so fast and it actually looks nicer than my upstairs and it's a brand new house.
