We had our roof re-shingled from a budget friendly roofer who has since gone out of business. Allan came over to patch a leak in our roof caused by that low budget roofer. He did good job, but 3 weeks later during an abnormally large rain storm a slow leak appeared in the same area.Allan came back out right away, explored further (3 hours worth of time!) and found more missing flashing that should have been there but wasn't. Allan installed flashing where it should have been the whole time and didn't charge us any more.He also explained how we could increase our attic ventilation and how our power fan was installed incorrectly with positioning and flashing. He really went above and beyond and I know he stands by his work, even if he is fixing someone else's poor work.Next time we need anything for our roof, I'll call Allan the pro first instead of the fly by night budget roofer.
