The nice facility and location are offset by the aggresive signage and terms. (Many signs telling you about extra fees if you do things wrong (use towel for makeup, use pots and pans without cleaning them up, arrive after 9pm etc). They seem to want money but don't want people to actually stay. I would not stay here again.

A great place to stay! 5 miles from the Bryce Canyon visitor center. Walking distance to good restaurants and convenient stores. A very peaceful, quiet stay. Room was clean, had a nice couch too. Check in was a breeze. We booked an extra day (a day early) and the front desk was very accommodating and letting us just stay in the same room they would have gave us the next day.

No WiFi/TV, no one on site to help, something weird happened early morning. Thought it was a storm but perhaps an electrical issue, large flash of light and numerous booms sounded like something hitting the cabin. Did not stay for our second night. Requested a refund with absolutely NO response. Horrible customer service.Update to my review. I did receive a credit for one night so my communication was acted on.Nearby activities: There was a store and restaurant in walking distance.

We did not have a good experience with the people answering the phone. We booked our cabin, and they gave us our cabin number and code to get in. When we arrived, there was a email saying that we were at a different cabin and a different code that I saw earlier in the day. But by the time we got there, the Internet was so bad I could not open up my email and could not get the code to get in to the new cabin. I tried calling the phone number and nobody Would return my phone call we were stuck out there for two hours until we drove somewhere and I was able to open up my email to see the code to get in. Then the TV didn’t work and called again and nobody called back after numerous attempts at leaving messages . We were there for two days and that whole time nobody called us back and still to this day. Nobody dead there is no front office to go to. The location is good. It’s close to the entrance of Bryce Canyon and there is a restaurant that you can walk to right across the street was she is very quaint. I would not stay there again due to not being able to talk to anyone if there is a problem, here are some photos of the cobwebs in the room and the dust on the cabin walls.Rooms: Rooms need to be cleaned better!!!

Very nice, big and clean wooden cabins. In a good location from Bryce Park about 20 minutes. Good price. The downside is that there is no staff here that you can contact if there is any problem in the room, there is not enough lighting in the room (a bit dark), the wifi does not always work, and the most missing is a coffee machine or a kettle that you can heat water and make coffee with!

I loved the no contact check in/out.The log cabins are cool. However. The carpet was wet like they had cleaned it hours before we arrived. Had to walk around in slippers. Kinda seemed like they gave us a room that previously had dogs crapping in it and that's why the carpets HAD TO be cleaned. They need hard wood floors in there.Probably wouldn't stay again unless the give me a refund, no excuse for wet carpet.Parking was fine. It's 20 mins from Bryce Canyon.

Stayed here one night while traveling between National Parks. The location was convenient, very close to Bryce Canyon. I liked the style of the cabin and found it comfortable. She didn't tell me until the next morning, but my girlfriend said her side of the bed was awful, and that she didn't sleep well. But we both enjoyed the quietness of the property.

My husband and 10 year old son and I stayed here in a two queen bed cabin in mid October for one night when we visited Bryce Canyon. Check in was easy, with our cabin number and code for the door sent to me via email several days before our arrival. Parking was readily available right outside the door. The cabin smelled strongly of cleaning solution when we opened it and the whole place was immaculate, like it was still brand new. It was rather spacious inside with a rustic, homey feel to it. The room had a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. The wi-fi worked fine and there was a flat screen tv. The beds were fairly comfortable and despite it being in the 30s outside the night we stayed there, the cabin was not cold inside at all. And there is a small general type store and a restaurant right across the street. It’s not a high end place, but for the price, it cannot be beat. It was cozy and comfortable without feeling the least bit sketchy.

Bryce Canyon Log Cabins was a great stay. It was very cozy to stay in the cabins. They smelt so good. Check in was easy as they left us a key in an envelope and check out was just dropping the key off. Tropic is a great little town on our way to Bryce Canyon National Park. It's about a 20 minute drive to the park from these cabins. Just a heads up, there is farmland behind the cabins and there was a lovely rooster up and making noise at about 530 in the morning. We were getting up early anyways, but it was a fun natural alarm to hear. We definitely stay here again.

The cabins are very near to the Bryce Canyon National park. The cabins were comfortable and had decent amenities. However the hearing was not sufficient and we felt cold throughout the night slightly. However the blankets made it convenient and comfortably warm. The host was kind and understanding. She offered to give some food when we called to let her know that we were going to be late for the check in.

Very nice cabins in Tropic. A walk from everything in town, gas station, convenience store, BBQ restaurant, Pizza, and a small market. The rooms were nice and clean. They forgot to put clean towels when we checked in, so we called them and they rush them in. Would definitely stay here again. 15 minute drive from Bryce Canyon National Park.

It was a great little cabin. It was interesting to just go into the little office and pick up the key in your envelope and when you were ready to leave drop the key in the key drop box. I didn't see anyone in case you needed something.Inside the cabin is spacious for the space. I loved the little table with two chairs. There was a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. I didn't notice coffee selection or if there was any coffee. By the sink there were two little bars of soap, conditioner and lotion... no shampoo. There was a little closet that housed a tub/shower and toilet. It was tricky in that small space getting dressed from taking a shower as there isn't really any space or anything to put your new clothes. It was walking distance to two restaurants. The bbq place was decent.Overall it was good for one night.

My family stayed here while passing through Utah on a trip to Bryce Canyon. This was an excellent place to stay. In my opinion they should be charging more per room than they do. Almost a hidden gem. Free ample parking, nice room amenities, beautiful open scenery outside, dead quiet at night. If going to Bryce Canyon I'd highly recommend these little log cabins. Very serene and peaceful setting. Way better than a crowded hotel or lodge.

Ok so we went on a long road trip and this is in my top 2 favorite places we stayed. The cabins are cozy, clean, spacious and the view is amazing Extra points for the amazing decorations. The cabins are also not one right next to the other so there's a feeling of extra privacy. The beds are super comfy too! The only thing I'd recommend is to put a trashcan in the bathroom as there is only one in the sink area. Not a big inconvenience tho so still 5 stars from me!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The cabin was super clean and in a convenient location to Bryce Canyon. The pizza next door is VERY good. Coffee and cold breakfast items are available in the lobby, which doubles as the local cafe. Our only complaint is that we were told no one would be doing room refreshes during our stay sure to COVID-19, and they did.

Really lovely little cabin. Comfy beds, super clean, and really nicely set up. We were there in the winter, and the cabin stayed nice and warm all night. Will definitely stay again when we're in the area.

These cabins were nice and clean, the staff were friendly and the rate was very reasonable. Tropic is about a 10 minute drive to the Bryce Canyon Park. A perfect location to escape to a nice quiet place to relax after a busy day at the canyon. I would also recommend eating at the Rustlers restaurant right across the street from the cabins. We had breakfast and dinner at this location and both were very good.

Stayed here for a couple nights while hiking through the area. Owners were very responsive and easy to work with. The rooms have a cozy log cabin feel with all modern amenities. Each cabin is also an individual unit (i.e. no common wall construction). This ensures privacy and a very quiet setting. Thoroughly impressed with everything about the place, price point included. If I travel through the region in the future, will definitely stay here again.

I'd say overall it was a pretty awesome experience. The cabin was super cute and super clean, the area amazing. It's about 10-15 minutes to the park entrance by car. The view out the door is outstanding. We arrived to an empty office with a phone on the desk complete with instructions about whom to call with the #. I called and within minutes she was there. Pleasant, helpful, checked-in quickly....a little expensive for off-season but a very nice stay.

My wife and I stayed on November 22,2020 for one night and we absolutely loved our cabin! It was very spacious and cozy and the view outside in the early am was so pretty with the mountains in the back ground. The location is perfect, very close to Bryce Canyon and tucked away in a cute little charming town. I have to give a shot out to Toni who made our trip. After we left I did not realize it but Toni reached out to my wife to let us know that her debit card and driver's license were left back in the cabin by mistake. We were so relieved to hear from her because we did not know she had lost her cards since we were on a roundtrip. She graciously mailed the cards back and I we are so very thankful for such wonderful customer service thank you Toni! We will definitely be back:)

My husband and I stayed here n we really liked it..the only thing is we ran out of hot water and had a very small TV and only an antenna. The view was beautiful. We watched the sun rise. The inside of the cabin was gorgeous! I would have loved to take the furniture home with me. The drive to Bryce Canyon was beautiful. We found 2 restaurants n 1 country store. I would stay here again!!

Darling cabin right in the heart of Tropic. We were able to walk to dinner the first night and coffee the next morning. With the curtains shut, this little gem turns into a dark sleep lab, which we loved! Clean and cozy.

We absolutely loved this place! Easy check in and check out. Great views!! Great town of Tropic! A lady next door was complaining about her internet not working at 9 p.m. Why! Who needs tv here!! She was rude to manager/owner. Called.. left rude messages. And the manager/owner had own emergency to deal with. Rude lady wanted IT to come in from a city that was so far away..🤣Some people!! This place is amazing!! Recommend highly..

We stayed in one of the cabins for two nights while visiting Bryce. Everything and everyone we met were wonderful. It was a delightful to stay in such a quiet, clean space after spending the day hiking in Bryce.Additionally, as we were leaving I discovered that I had lost a piece of jewelry. The staff went out of their way to carefully check the room after we had left. They not only found it, but also arranged to mail it back to me. Outstanding customer service!

Nice cabins in a great area. Clean and new inside. Price was reasonable compared to other in area. Only complaint was the bed was hard, made noise anytime you moved, and the pillows were too big.
