On 9/4/22 he came and did my oil tank roof and it fell down on 3/12/24 he charged me $800 he didn't give me a receipt I've been trying to reach him and no answer because he said he was coming to bring my receipt and still haven't got a receipt I've left messages to have him come and fix it still nothing from him am so upset with his service I can't believe it fell down nothing broken though that's good he needs to come back over and fix his mess up I would really appreciate that

Called Sabens as I had a roof leak, stated he would charge $150 to come out and look at it, then I would just pay for supplies after that. He came out, charges $200 to stop the leak and seemed like a great guy. I thought I found a total gem and thankful for the prompt response. He said if we have a problem again between now and spring to let him know and he would come back out for nothing to help.Well the roof is still leaking and the guy won’t answer his phone now. I’ve had two more roofers come and look since the “patch or repair” and both said he basically just made $200 for nothing. One roofer didn’t even want to know who it was in case they knew him.

Last winter Donald reshingled my entire roof. He did a wonderful job. However, where he really shines is those jobs that most people can't figure out how to handle. Just today, he installed my Starlink internet system. It has terrible documentation but he was able to figure it out and now I am getting 124 Mbps just outside of BartonService: Roof repair

Donald came right over and took measurments of my roof and ordered the tin for me. Him and Nicky stripped the shingles off of my bedroom addition so that it could be spray foamed due to potential water damage. Then they covered it up with ice and water shield. We had to wait a few weeks for the tin to come in, due to covid, but as soon as it came they were right on top of it.. literally lol. They finished the job that same weekend. Our roof had damage from snow and ice I called Donald on a Sunday to report the stacks came off he immediately went up to cover roof so the rain did not damage to inside of home .
