A wind storm and then another wind storm with extremely large amounts of rain can definitely make you worry about how sound your roof is. I can tell you I had high anxiety about my roof. Dave at AATEK ROOFING and his crew took all that anxiety and worry away.With damage from the first storm I called AATEK. I appreciated Dave’s quick response to my call and with yet another storm coming he and his crew came and was able to determine and patch our roof before the second storm hit. Edit: I am changing my rating from 5 stars. I initially was very pleased with the work however a couple of months after the work was completed we had a heavy rainfall and I discovered a leak in the roof which stained the ceiling. I called and left a message immediately which was returned a week later via text message. Dave said he would stop by within a week and after many months I have not heard back. If you cannot stand by your work, I cannot recommend you to others.Service: Roof installation

We were in need of a new roof due to age. Met Dave and made an appointment for a roof inspection and estimate for replacement. Dave showed up with one of his employees who both were very polite, professional and explaining in detail what our roof needs were.. We scheduled a time with Dave to replace the roof, . Roof was replaced in a timely matter and let me share Dave’s employees were clean, polite, honest professional and an excellent work ethic that impressed both of us. As business owners ourselves you do not see such hard working men like this everyday. Our roof looks excellent and we would highly recommend Aatek Roofing to anyone. David and his crew did a great job. I had noticed over the summer that I had a soft spot over our front porch. This fall there was some sagging in the paneling under the roof on the porch. Figured water was getting in (thankfully not to the house). Contacted Dave and he was there to inspect/estimate within a day or two. Found a hole over the porch where it was soft earlier in the year and sealed it up temporarily. Also commented on the inadequate attic venting due to questionable installation practices and age. Had an estimate in a couple days and decided to move forward. Draw back was solar panels on the roof, so there would be a delay until they were removed. Lucked out and was able to get on that schedule pretty quick. Dave came the same day as the removal to sign the contract and get me on the schedule. Less than two weeks!! Had the roof complete with all new ridge vents in 2 days and about 2 hours on day 3. Great work, high quality and polite staff! The owner, Dave, is very responsive and clearly cares about satisfaction. In a very busy time, he responded within a couple of days and came to look at our roof promptly. He gave us a very detailed explanation and contract. Initially he said he could do it next month, but the very morning I emailed him and told him we would hire him, he had an opening and his crew got right to work. The installation and cleanup were done in less than 2 full days. They have great teamwork and are very courteous. It is clear their word of mouth reputation is very important to the owner. I couldn’t be more thankful for Dave and AATEK who I called when I had a leak at where my vent pipe exits the roof. Out of the 8 companies I called, only 3 responded to me. Dave, owner of AATEK, made time for me the next day (the way things are now this is almost unheard of) and, not only was he friendly and professional, he fixed the problem right then! And he gave me some advice about an old chimney on my house. One of the other companies to respond wanted to charge me almost $1500 more than AATEK and the other wasn’t sure if they could get to me even within two months. Without a doubt, I will be calling Dave anytime I have a project in which I think he might be interested. I’m getting better at being my own handyman (as we all probably are) but roofing is not in my skill set (and YouTube videos probably won’t get me there :) so having an honest expert like Dave in my community makes me very happy and relieved. I highly recommend.

We used AATEK at our house 2 years ago and they were great to work with. When we found out the new house we were buying needed a roof I contacted David immediately. He was very responsive to get me an estimate and ultimately getting me on the schedule for this season. The guys showed up one afternoon to get setup and spent 2 days getting the roof done. Everything was cleaned up after each day and they stayed what I would consider "late" on a Friday to make sure the job was completed. We don't know where to begin. My brother in-law insisted we get Dave and 'nobody else' when we needed a new roof. We couldn't be more grateful for his 'adamant advice!' Dave and his crew came onto the job like soldier's. They knew exactly what each other was doing and worked seamlessly together as a team. They worked like dog's on top of it, arriving early everyday and just killing it until their 'very long days' would finally come to an end for them as they picked up any mess each day before leaving! Not only did they put new roofs on our house and garage but did other project's for us also, including taking down a chimney we never even needed, and building us a beautiful, new covered porch that we are absolutely loving and can't wait to finish decorating it as we are already having our coffee out there in the morning and cocktail's at night ha ha! Dave is a very warm, honest, sincere and kind person. Very detail oriented and strives for perfection! He IS the Mike Holmes of the United States! A wonderful job from a wonderful bunch of guy's! David is awesome! High winds and a less than quality roofing installation by a previous contractor led to shingles being ripped off our roof. He was expedited in his response to my voicemail, returning my call within hours! He wanted to make sure that he repaired the roof that day because of the impending rain and how it could make the repair more costly. He even was so kind as to go overhead in my garage to help me get the extra shingles to use for the repair so that they would match. He was extremely professional and took the extra time to explain why not only the quality of the shingles matter but also the manner of installation. He also took photos to show me what was going on with our roof that I couldn't see from the ground. I will have no hesitation when deciding who to call when we need further roof repair or eventually need to replace what was not done correctly in the first place.
