Over the course of three substantial projects, Roy and his crew have completely transformed a tired 1960's lakefront camp (suffering from a variety of very serious ailments, including hidden structural faults) into a wonderful, vibrant cottage. Needless to say, my wife and I are extremely pleased with the results.For each project, Roy spent time up-front working through the critical details and thoroughly reviewing plans/expectations with myself and my wife. Then, during the implementation phase, Roy would keep in touch with very regular progress updates, appraising us of anything interesting found along the way (and, the folks that built this camp in ~1960 apparently employed many "interesting" building practices).One of the most pleasant surprises to me was Roy's timely manner and full disclosure honesty in responding to questions/comments during *all* phases of the project - this was a very notable (and welcome) first in my experience with various contractors over the years.Looking back, I frankly can't imagine having had this work done by anyone else. Despite far less than ideal circumstances, Roy's methodical approach and attention to detail routinely exceeded our expectations; he somehow made this dramatic/comprehensive transformation look (almost) easy.Many thanks to Roy (and Corey, and the rest of the very capable/professional crew)!!!
