Owner Gary was quick to return my call and came out to diagnose the issue with my boiler. The off boiler hot water heater coil had failed and was allowing water into the closed loop system. Spoke to the owner about replacing a furnace. He was on vacation and asked me to leave a VM on his business phone. I did as he asked but he never followed up.
