JS was the most professional contractor I have personally dealt with. Quality work. They showed up when they said they would and contacted me if there were any delays due to weather. When the sun was out, they were working. I couldn't have been more pleased.

JS Construction is my goto for roofing and gutters. Professional and responsive. You may have to wait for a crew depending on seasonal load but quality work makes it worth the wait.

April 18, 2024 Update, got a call this morning from the office manger and she apologized for the delay. Said they would send out a crew today. The crew showed up in the afternoon and completed all the work I had quoted. So I am changing my rating to 4 stars only because it took so long for them to come and do the work.April 17, 2024 I contacted the company around the 1st of March and asked for them to do a quote for some roofing work, They came out and I showed them what I wanted done, they sent a quote by email 24 hrs later, I esigned the quote and sent it back, have not heard from them since. Called once and left a voice mail asking someone to call me, no return call.

Awesome experience with these guys!! They patched the leaky roof until they could come put new roof on. Roof was installed in one day. Roofers were very hard workers, quick, and cleaned up well. Had an appointment scheduled…didn’t show…didn’t call. Burned an entire day waiting.Update from 3 weeks ago...We all fail at some time, if we're human. When we fail, we have two choices: 1. Sorry bout that or 2. We messed up and how can we correct the problem.We talked through JS's fail and they earned my business. And, I am so thankful that they did. My first contact was with Dwight who prepared my estimate. He was knowledgeable, friendly and spot on with his estimate.The work crew showed up at 7:30 AM on the first day and only quit when the sun went down. The next day they worked from 7:30 AM until around noon, when the job was complete. They were professional and when they left, I could not tell that they had been there.I wholeheartedly endorse JS Construction and will use them again in the future.Mike

I could write a novel on how terrible these guys were to deal with. After paying 75% down on the job, we went months without being able to get a hold of anyone and heard every excuse from they were busy dealing with hurricane aftermath (?), their phone systems were moving/changing, to they actually forgot about us. Left a load of lumber and shingles uncovered to rot on the patio for months during this time. When they finally came, the job was botched, the wood was buckling, shingles didn’t match, and it looked terrible. No one would respond to my calls about it until I posted a photo on social media and tagged them in it. They offered to come redo the work, which was just as shoddy as the first time. Called for an estimate on roofing repair, a rep came and looked at the roof and said he would get back with me with and estimate. After a week I called and a lady said she would make sure someone would get back with me. It's been over three weeks and no response. Not a company that I would recommend if you need work done.
