Danis and his coworker have done a great job for my home! I had PRO SKY AC & Heating company do AC duct and the dryer vent a couple weeks ago, I really got shocked, they cleared out a lot of stuff from the duct and vent.Really worth the money !(I bought a new dryer five years ago because the old one stopped working. After drying for an hour, the clothes were still wet when I took them out. ) I just learned that a blocked dryer vent could cause the dryer to not work and might cause fire too. If I had known earlier, I might not have needed to replace the dryer at all.

The Pro Sky Team is one of the most professional teams I have used. They always show up on time and prepared. I like that they send me a text when the service team is on their way. I originally called them because my water heater stopped working. They came after hours to diagnose the issue and had the replacement part needed overnighted to limit the time, we would not have hot water. They discovered a water leak in a separate line that was the reason for the water heater part failure and fixed that issue in addition to replacing the burner assembly on the water heater. I signed up for their service contract and am very pleased with their service. Danis spent time educating me on how the system works and we determined that an issue I thought I had with the thermostat was not an issue after all. I highly recommend them.

The inspectors who came out to my house were very kind and knowledgeable but it was obvious that this company is trying to nickel and dime you for everything. They try to upsell you on a different upgrade on your unit every time they are out which comes with a ridiculous price tag and the latest service I got left a bunch of problem with my unit that they tried to charge me to fix.So if you want someone to maintain your unit and leave it worse than when you started... this company is for you. For everyone else who wants a functioning AC/Heating unit, go with someone other than Pro Sky.

I was provided through a home insurance service. My furnace wasn't running. The technician came in and diagnose a motherboard replacement and also notice that the external switch wasn't installed properly before. I had to make another appointment but that was done quickly. They replaced the part, fixed the switch box and my furnace is working again.

I called Pro Sky on a Sunday afternoon about one of my A/C units not pumping out cold air, and received a call back from Frank in a matter of minutes. To my surprise, he said he could come out the very next morning. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem, he was very up front with me about the parts, and labor costs. Frank checked the coolant levels for me, and I had him check my other A/C unit as well for an added cost. Overall, Frank is very knowledgeable, performed the repair, and the cost was fair. Highly recommended.

I set an appointment for Pro Sky to come out the following day 8/24 between 4-7pm and take a look at my ac unit..Frank is here at 4:15 and letting you know he was in route before hand. He put everything into perspective for my wife and I and there was no gimmicks involved. We couldn’t have asked for a better overview of the situation. New unit will be installed on 8/27. As the operator of a family business myself I appreciate the urgency this company has to please potential customers. There is a reason this company has 5 stars across the board!

Frank was awesome! He was thorough and very informative. As a first time home owner, he made sure I knew how to prevent any unnecessary damage to the AC unit.
