Kit and his whole Shadytree Construction crew does amazing work. He remodeled two bathrooms for us in 2022. Kit is professional and has a great eye for not only the construction work, but for the design as a whole. We also felt that everyone who was working on our project was respectful and made sure to clean up at the end of everyday. My teen daughter was thrilled when Kit came up with the idea to work in a longer counter in her bathroom to serve as a "make up spot", and he did it at the same cost that he quoted us. . We are so satisfied that Shadytree Construction will be doing a complete remodel of our upstairs, from studs in April 2024.

Kit did amazing work on a beautiful new deck and patio for us. He and his team were very thorough and even provided special touches that were so appreciated. Kit is honest to work with and kept us closely in the loop the whole way. Bravo!

Kit with Shadytree Construction did extremely poor work. A stop work order was issued. Kit demanded more money to do the work to code. He does not intend to refund my money even though he did not buy the materials or provide labor to justify any costs. I am. pursuing legal action. Beware!I would never recommended he or Shadytree construction work on your project. Such a simple project with so many things wrong. Beware Kit is a Class C Contractor and is not legally allowed to perform work valued more than $10,000. Civil charges have been filed and criminal charges are next. Trial date is July 01, 2024

Kit did an amazing job completely remodeling our kitchen in a 1950’s home. He came up with creative solutions, was very professional and worked within our budget. When we had an issue with the cabinets we ordered from Lowe’s, he handled it personally and made sure we were satisfied. I’d definitely recommend him for your upcoming renovations!

I can's recommend Shady Tree Construction enough for the beautiful work they did replacing my columns on my front porch. Kit is great! If he says he's going to be there at a certain time to do a specific job...you better believe he will be there on time. We had great communication throughout the entire process too via phone, text, and email. Kit was instrumental in making our backyard into a livable space. The deck he built allowed us to enjoy our summer activities and also added value to our home. Kit worked quickly, was budget friendly and ensured that the work was to code. We will definitely be calling Kit for our next project!
