Bill and his company say they will build "Custom homes, all shapes and sizes", but he's ok with turning down a home that needed a few handicap accessible features. He came up with excuse after excuse of why he couldn't do the home such as "The front door handle is complicated". This is unfortunate, and a buyer should never be in the position to plead for a builder to give a quote. Please rethink as you are selecting your builder, and if it's not turn-key or if you do by chance have a handicapped family member look elsewhere. He was absolutely unprofessional on how he lead us along in getting a quote and making every excuse in the book on why he can't. Bill I don't appreciate you saying "Two more people to get in the way", when our plan was for you not to hang the cabinets we have selected. Please rethink your family business model and I hope others reach out if they have any additional questions.
