We paid for fencing installation on February 1, 2024 and signed the contract end of January 2024. Since then there have been 4 different contractors involved. We were given a start date of the second week of March 2024. As of may 1, 2024 we haven’t received fencing materials, fencing installation or actually been given a date that a fence will be installed. We have called the corporate customer service number, installation support, the sales person, multiple contractor companies, the store delivery dept and asked for a callback from the store manager. We haven’t received a callback from anyone that can help with cancelling our order. I did receive a simple text from the sales person saying we have to give up 20 percent for product restocking (even though we haven’t received anything). Next step is contacting an attorney and going through further social media channels if I can’t get resolution. This is not the way to treat a good customer.

Lowe's in Bluefield is a sorry excuse for a business. I've been on hold for 30 minutes to ask a simple question, but every time they answer, they immediately put me back on hold. Don't get me started on in store help. It's like playing tag or hide and seek. I bet Home Depot wouldn't treat their customers like this.

Pretty much have the app shoved in your face for your phone.The app is "Iffy" at best only working part of the time and slow to load when it does.The search engine on the app leaves something to be desired as when I am looking for something they say it is in stock, but can be ready in a week. So..its not in stock.The search engine returns need to be more relevant to what it is I am looking for as well.

The worst Lowes I’ve been in. 3-4 employees standing around self checkout doing nothing but they can’t open a register to checkout folks with kids or other needs. Pitiful. Also can’t ever get the phone answered there. Call all day always put on hold… Think I’ll start driving to Bristol to home depot considering my last 3 visits to this poorly managed store.

It's a Lowe's, so not much to say about a big box home improvement store. Recently the workers at this location have become much more rude making it painful for contractors who don't have options in this area. I'm hopeful that Home Depot decides at some point to build a location to compete. While fuel is expensive to truck in supplies from HD, it's sometimes worth avoiding the headache of incorrect orders and impolite service.

I have spent the week trying to get in touch with anyone at Lowe's Home Improvement or anyone at A. O. Smith to give me the means to get this water heater replaced. I received the water heater Friday, June 29th. I installed the water heater July 1st. The water heater immediately threw a code: "Error 004 - Lower Thermistor Sensor Failure. This is part of the lower thermostat located above the lower element. The water heater will operate in limp mode until this is resolved. Please refer to the manual for instructions."I called AO Smith, as instructed by the manual. The customer support technician sent a new lower thermostat, despite the fact that the code is specifying that the issue is a thermistor. It only came with the thermostat, no other parts. It arrived and I replaced it on July 5th, 2023. July 13th, 2023, the same code returned.I immediately reach out to A.O. Smith. They instruct me to hire one of their in network technicians to look at it. The company doesn't work in West Virginia and they do not service West Virginia.I called my local Lowe's. in Bluefield, VA, yesterday, July 14th. They proceeded to place me on hold to ask their manager, and then left me on hold for 40 minutes without picking up the phone. So I called A.O. Smith. The person I spoke with states that they never should have sent me a thermostat, but should have sent me a lower thermistor.Today, July 15th, they mail out the incorrect part - an upper thermostat assembly. That isn't even the issue.I have left a bad product review. I have wasted my time calling over and over. I have sent emails.At this point, I believe that Lowe's has robbed me of $800 for a lemon water heater. Both companies are not working with me to exchange this water heater for a replacement, despite the fact that it is less than 3 weeks old.I am demanding an immediate exchange or refund of this product. I will take to every single social media platform until this issue is resolved. I will post this on every post they make until the problem is resolved. I will also be contacting the WV Attorney General's office Tuesday! I'll edit the review if and only if this issue is met with immediate resolution.

Purchased refrigerator but when delivered it was too small for my needs. Next day went back to the store and explained my issue. They said "no problem". I chose a different one, they picked up the smaller fridge and delivered the larger one 2 days later. I was very pleased with their response and all the employees attitudes.

This trip was one of the good ones. Gentleman helped me with the lumber I needed. The cashier was so sweet and full of conversation, making sure I had everything I needed. Then when I walked out a young man helped me load my truck securely and told me to have a great day.

It's a pretty typical Lowe's store. I just stopped by to pick up some drain cleaner. They carry the only drain cleaner I like. On the occasion that I do need help, like all Lowe's stores, you may have to wander a bit to find someone. But when I do find someone, they are very friendly and helpful.

Usually has what you need if it's in stock but you can't rely on employees knowing where anything is or what it is. I learned the only way to find anything is to use the app. It's not just this store, I have been to several locations up and down most of the east coast and they are all the same. Most of which I went to, I had to inform employees how to look up company LAR accounts

The staff was very friendly and helpful. But they didn't have the basic flow control for cement and couldn't find any product close to it. This tells you just how far the CEO is disconnected from the main buyer. Had to drive 60 miles to Christiansburg Home Depot actually find the product. And Home Depot had it. So $3 product cost me $40 to get.

Very small store for Lowe’s, therefore, the selection of items are very much limited. Better off to go to Princeton, the store is larger and a better selection, also the employees were more interested in talking to each other then helping especially the guys in hardware.

The service has gone down hill my father came in two weeks ago ordered supplies still not in an come in today asked a worker for assistance lady said she didn’t see the worker for the area an did nothing never called for assistance. 5/31/23I've been in and around construction since the 1970s and albeit everything has changed and is upside down, one thing you can count on is the PROFESSIONAL Team at Lowe's Bluefield Virginia. The Asm, Eric and his team, Chris, Daniel, Kiana and Eric Jr, his wife Dawn, and so many others are so wonderful to work with. We are very fortunate to have this team of professionals who work with us because of what they bring to the table to help us with building and maintenance procedures. I looked for the item before I went to the store so that I could find the aisle and bay without walking all over. The website gave me the wrong aisle, and I ended up having to ask for help. The employee was helpful and I ended up buying more than what I went in for.

We were there to purchase some landscape members and a few other things, several employees were seen in the area, none offered assistance, so we moved our vehicle closer to be able to load the purchase easier..again no one offered assistance they were just complaining about their work schedule and 1 stated They didn't care if there was customers there or not he was closing the gate because he was getting off on time, so we turned around and left without making our purchase. We will not be going back there anytime soon

Customer service is ok, but be careful buying quartz. Mine was chipped and they could not supply me with a side splash to cover. It is so sad that they don't do Customer differently. BE CAREFUL.Hard to shop without a basket. None available. When you don't need a big cart. Not a customer service for easier shopping experience

Very helpful on returns. Store is clean. However it is almost impossible to find an employee to assist the customer. When asked the answer is always we are just so short staffed. No one came to help after asking multiple employees who stated that wasn’t their department.
