Called late on a Friday, around 9:30 pm and they came out that night and by 10:45 we had heat again! My husband and I did not expect them to come out that night so late. We had another company come out earlier the same morning, who fixed our heat and it only worked for 4 hours..if that. We are very pleased with the service offered and will continue to contact R.E.D.S Mechanical in the future. Highly recommend!

R.E.D.s replaced the fan motor on my geothermal heat pump. It was a Friday....The tech did not have the proper motor on his service truck. He said he would pick up the correct fan motor and be back out to me first thing Monday morning and that is exactly what he did. The owner called me later in the week to make sure that I was satisfied with the repair service. I highly recommend this business.
