Allstate Contractor Inc installed a 40 year architectural shingle roof and other roof and gutter work for us in 2008. Our contract says we are guaranteed a 15 year labor warranty. I left several messages and no one returned my call. My daughter reached them by calling the 12 year old cell phone number we had been given for the project manager. We have a very small leak at a connection between roof intersections and called them. We were told due to natural weather events (wind, hail, etc) they don’t cover it. They wouldn’t even look at it. They said maybe they would come by and look at it at their convenience. Ironically where it is leaking they did some funky repair with no shingles and many contractors over the years has asked us about the repair saying they have never seen anything like that. Buyer beware!!
