We recently had the team at Bright Side Exteriors replace our front doors on our 35 year-old home. We had a set of old metal double-doors with storm doors as well. When we assessed the situation, we could not find a double-door configuration we liked, so Scott and the team worked with us to design a new single door with sidelights. The results are amazing. My Windows were 21 years old and well overdue for replacement. I reached out to Bright Side Exteriors and immediately I got a response and an appointment for them to come out and take a look at the windows needing replaced. Scott and Scott were very helpful by talking me through the process and actually showed me why my windows were needing replaced. Very informative about their products but not pushy to buy the most expensive ones which was a breath of fresh air in the current sales world. Their prices are very affordable. The time it took from the deposit to the day of the replacements was very quick and their replacement team were wonderful. Great customer service, great products. 100% satisfied customer!!

We had 11 old windows we couldn't open and that let in bugs from outside. Now those old windows are gone and new ones that work smoothly and beautifully, with full screens have been installed! It took about 8 hours and was noisy for about three hours, so if you're planning on working from home, just be aware of that. Scott showed us how to open, lock, unlock, and tilt in the windows, and drop the upper sashes. The crew hauled away the old windows and picked up the trash. But the caulking! The caulking! The caulking is top notch. I wish *I* had those caulking skills. I do not anticipate any insects being able to get inside because there are no gaps. 10/10 would recommend.
