They did a good job in cleaning my gutters, however they tried HARD to push me into a scheduled cleaning program. I declined this. I now get texts and calls from them WEEKLY trying to get me to sign up, or to get my gutters cleaned again. some times ill get upwards of 2 calls a week and several texts. Ive blocked them but still receive voice mails. I would go with another company based on how persistently annoying they are.

I really appreciated how I was sent a text when they were on there way. The workers were polite and hard working. They were always trying to clean up as they worked which was great because when a small storm came up debris didn't blow all over. I also really, really appreciated how proactively the lead worker Jose( I believe was his name) looked at the layout of our gutters and tried to see if he could be more thoughtful than the builders are. Because of this, we no longer have a downspout that puts water onto our driveway which was awful in the winter. I have already told several of my neighbors about Ned Steven's, but even a few friends I have been chatting with on the phone :-) I would highly recommend this company and would use them again if it was ever needed. Last but not least, when I started calling to get quotes for our house we were surprised at how expensive it was going to end up being. I think I got five or six different estimates and Ned Steven's was the best price there was. So to sum it up I'm not sure there is any other option...Ned Stevens!

I called Ned Stevens to clean up my gutters since we had used them many years ago for a different house. Much to my surprise, the fine folks from the Chantilly branch I called showed up the same day. I was very satisfied with the work and there was no trash I needed to pick up after the job was done. I will be having them clean my gutters every year.Thanks folks, job well done!

I have used Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning services for about ten years. Usually 5 or 6 cleanings per year (we have a wooded property).The service techs have always been courteous, professional, quick and neat. I also like being on the company's regular seasonal schedule. There have been times when I would arrive home and the only evidence of a Ned Stevens service call was a plastic bag filled with gutter debris at the end of the driveway. Whenever an additional cleaning or gutter repair was needed, one phone call and the techs were at my home in a few days.I have not had a clogged or overflowing gutter since I started with Ned Stevens.

Ned Stevens cleans my gutters, they perform other services too, but mostly the gutters for me, for that they get all the stars above, consistent and timely. They also installed my new gutters way back in 2017 as they old ones were.. well old and not draining properly.The one star I took away was their prices are getting a bit crazy... but believe it or not, it's still cheaper than most around here.. Welcome to DC suburbs ... Additionally I have come to trust their work... I've had some clowns pretend to clean my gutter before Ned Stevens and it was *&*^%....

They also made sure to clean around the property. I highly recommend them for their cleaning as well as for gutter installation.

Ned Stevens did a good job cleaning our gutters although it took a long time to schedule service as they had purchased the original company I had been using and email wasn't being monitored. They only texted a few seconds before they arrived that they were coming that day and I had only just had my driveway resurfaced and would have asked them to delay a day if possible. The cleaning appears to have been done very well although there were many sticks that were left on our lawn and flower beds that must have previously been in the gutters. There were however no seeds to be seen anywhere from the gutters so they must have really cleaned those up after the gutter service. Overall quite pleased aside from the feedback items mentioned.

I have a very tall three level townhome. I wasn’t quite sure how they would access the roof but they managed to do it quickly. The entire gutter cleaning service was probably about 15 minutes and not intrusive at all. Quick response on email messages as well as good follow up.

We work with Ned Stevens folks for scheduled gutter cleaning, and have done so for many years. Their front office is very helpful in designing a plan, and I am so impressed by their workmen. They are professional and very detailed in their service. We have never had a problem with our gutters/drainage due to their good work. They are also very helpful in blowing/clearing off our front vestibule and rear deck - place looks beautiful after they leave. Thank you to these very gracious workmen!

I needed my gutters cleaned and a recommendation for repairs to some gutters that are not working properly. On the first trip out they showed up on time and finished and cleaned up quickly. However, they reported no damage to the gutters. Since I knew there were problems, i asked them to come back. On the second trip, the crew found that the gutters were not actually clean and found a lot of debris in the gutter that I feel needs repair. I have still not heard whether you have a recommendation on repairs.

I contacted Ned Stevens for gutter cleaning, and the gave me a price over the phone and put me on their schedule. They do not give appointments but a range of days, which is fine with me because you don't have to be home. They said it would be within the next 5 days, which was great because the first place I called said they were booked through June. They didn't give me a heads up that they would require access to a water spigot, so it's fortunate that I was home when they came because mine is in the garage. They were fast, and effective, and left the place as clean as when they arrived. And the price was right. Will definitely use again.

Ned Stevens did a good job cleaning my gutters. POSITIVES: 1. crew showed up within the timeframe agreed 2. Very efficient - cleaned 2-story house gutters within an hour (crew pulled out larger pieces and used something like a power washer to blast out the rest (glad I didnt install gutter guard) 3. Crew used safety harness on the roof 4. Accessed roof from one point - so no visible damage to extensive plantings. 6. Left area around house without debris except parking apron (see below) NEGATIVES: 1. Did not notify me they were arriving within timeframe agreed 2. Some of the debris blown out of gutters landed on the roof which came down on my parking apron for the following 3 days. I live in Alex, VA; and I use the Ned Stevens Business for various things and they are very good and reliable. Gutter cleaning and repair (including replacement or installing new gutter systems and gutter covers as needed and wanted); and slate and brick patio cleaning; as well as dryer vent cleaning are some other services I have used. They also provide snaking out underground drains for gutters and downspouts if made of material other than corrugated tubing material. Most material does qualify for their snaking underground drains but ask if you schedule for this service. They also do cleaning out of dryer vents and window washing. I really like this company because they are generally very good and reliable.

Best gutter cleaning services. I got several estimates and most companies insisted on selling me new gutters and/or gutter covers. Ned Stevens agreed to clean my current gutters and then suggested some repairs or replacement of one of my gutters. I appreciated the choice and the price of a new gutter with this company, So, I went with an annual cleaning contract and replacement. I am very pleased with the work and the service and would recommend the company for sure.

Would not recommend. Came two weeks later because they brought the wrong ladder. Texted that they were “on the way” after having already cleaned one side of my house. Claimed my gutters are damaged and need to be replaced. Provided no photos of said damage. Didn’t even get feedback on if my gutters were dirty. Everything about the work and company is sketchy. WOULD NOT recommend to anyone and will be recommending to anyone I know. Save your money.

They always do a quick, efficient, good job of cleaning our gutters. However, they did not remove some organic debris that was on the roof, around the edges of our solar panels. It would have been nice for them to do that while they were up there and I've specifically asked them to do this in the future.

I contacted the company because I thought I had a problem so I explained what it was and they sent someone out first to clean the gutters and then assess the problem. When they arrived they were actively proceeding to clean the gutters without speaking to me, I explained to them what my problem area was and I got some feedback as to what they thought the cause was and how it could possibly be corrected. They left a note on the door saying that they found an issue and I should call the office. When I called the office they said that there was no issue so I said I expected there to be an issue since I called in the issue originally. After some research, I got a call back saying the gutter was off pitch and they gave me an estimate for 90ft of new gutter. It would’ve been nice to get an estimate for correcting the pitch and I would also like to see the original technicians report about my gutters, there doesn’t seem to be any dirt or debris washed out under my downspouts so I would like to know how dirty my gutters were to start with. I will give more thought to whether or not I wish to replace the gutter.Service: Power/pressure washing

They were prompt and professional when they came out to clean my rain gutters and unclog my downspouts, and they did a great job. I've been burned in the past by competitors of theirs who said that they unclogged the downspouts, but then water falls over the tops of the gutters during the next moderate rain. This did not happen with Ned's (I waited for a good rain before writing this review)! They actually cleared any debris so the water flows properly through the gutters and downspouts - as advertised!!

Came to my home twice and said they successfully cleaned the gutters. Both times I saw with my home camera that the gutters on the back of the home were not even touched and when it rained they still continued to overflow. Very dishonest. Would not recommend at all.

A two man crew showed up to clean our gutters and tighten any loose nails. We have a fairly extensive drainage system in both the front and back gutters. Unbeknownst to us, both downspouts were clogged with debris. These guys worked diligently until the downspouts were no longer clogged. I would have given the rating 5 stars, but after I scheduled the service & was told they would be out the next good weather day (there were a few), after a week of waiting I had to call again and let them know my house was scheduled for aerial professional photographs because we were selling it and if they didn’t show up by that Friday (a full 11 days after the first call) then we would need to cancel and find another gutter company. They showed up Friday morning so all was well, but it seems they could have given us a specific date for scheduling so we didn’t have to wonder if they were coming or not.

It was untenable not knowing when they would come to clean the gutters. I would come home to find their hang tag and my house was a mess inside bc my dogs went insane. I would never even get a notice of what week so I could take precautions for my dogs. Also, I lost 2 hoses because they never drained the expandable hoses and then they would burst after the fall cleaning. Please just be aware you will need to clean up after they come.Their customer service is ok. Though when I called last fall about the second burst hose, they never called back.I probably have more special needs than most because of the dogs, but I just cannot do uncertainty with work at the house. However, the gutters are always clean and the cost of their services is reasonable.

My gutters were clogged resulting in water coming into my basement after heavy rain. I submitted an on-line service request on the 4th of July. They called me right back that morning and took down my information. They told me that they would come in 10 days or less but arrived the next day on the 5th and cleaned out the gutters. I really appreciated their quick service.

Installation was completed as promised, on-time, with excellent quality. Price was competitive and staff was professional. Highly recommend to anyone needing their gutters cleaned and/or repaired.
