We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with the Rendon team (Mike, Joey, Leo and Beth). They finished off part of our basement into a living space complete with bedroom, full bath, laundry room, living room and kitchenette. In the early stages they worked with us to hone the price while balancing the functionality we needed. The contractor team they brought in from the electricians to the plumbers were professional and courteous. We encountered some challenges during the build, but they worked with us to identify solutions quickly. We can't say enough good things about this team and Rendon will be our go-to contractor when we seek to make additional updates to our home.

We engaged Rendon Remodeling and Design to replace our aging deck with a screened porch. We discussed several design options starting first with our concept. Rendon recommended modifications to our concept which improved the look and functionality of the entire project. Once we settled on the design, we needed to work together to obtain a waiver through the county zoning board. After a long and tedious process, we were given the green light to proceed. Rendon began demolition and construction which took about 2 ½ months. They kept us informed regarding progress and at several points in the process discussed project details to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted. The resulting screened porch, decking, and stairway are a fantastic new area of our house. We enjoy the space tremendously and are continually amazed at the design and details of the new porch. Rendon’s innovative design concepts, high standards, attention to detail, excellent communications, and friendly team are to be commended. We highly recommend them to anyone we can.

Rendon did a major master bath remodel in our home. It could not have been a smoother process, from the initial meeting, through their great in-house designed (thanks Amy!), to fixture and tile selection, and then the great construction team. It is a second generation family-owned business, and you can tell the pride, and attention to detail. Pricing was fair, and no nickel and diming. Everyone who was in our house was courteous and clean. We would highly recommend the company, and will use them again on our next project.

Rendon Remodeling has done several projects for me over the last few years. Total master bedroom and bathroom remodel, 2 bathroom upgrades, total kitchen remodel, windows and siding replacement and recently a foyer makeover. They are responsive, thorough and take pride in their work. There maybe some out there a bit cheaper but Rendon Remodeling makes doing these projects much more pleasant and stress free.

We were not disappointed. From the very first meeting Mike made us feel very comfortable and confident that all of our concerns and wish-list items were being addressed. His brother Joe ran the project team and was also great to work with. They were always reachable by phone and email and accommodating of crazy schedules. In the end we had a couple change orders for things we wanted different from the original plans. The crews were all very respectful and did a good job cleaning up at the end of each day. Rendon Remodeling worked with us on the design of a deck and ultimate construction of several years ago. The deck turned out decently and has held up quite well. When we discovered a problem with loose staircase balusters five years later, we emailed Rendon Remodeling asking their advice. They promptly came out determined what the issue was, worked with the vendor to get parts for the discontinued system, and came out and fixed the issue.Joey over at Rendon is absolutely fantastic. To back up their work and fix an issue that cropped up five years later is literally unheard of. Rendon did a great job and I would highly recommend them. They were very professional, prompt and detail oriented from start to end. They were able to help us decrease the budget by telling us what we can do on our own.When we did have problems, they were an email/phone call away. Example: the electrical to the outdoor shed was not working properly. I contacted the head contractor and it was taken are of immediately. When there were any delays, I would be informed quickly and was provided next steps.I work from home, so I was around the entire renovation. The contractor was very polite, cleaned up after himself, ensured that the mess was contained as much as possible, and was kind to our large, hyper puppy. He communicated any issues he saw and made sure I understood what needed to be done.Rendon uses their own crew, which meant I only dealt with a few people. I would highly recommend them for future renovations. In fact, we are looking to use them on our next project.

I never knew how much I would enjoy a screened in porch until I got one!! It was a long process, but totally worth it. Rendon built us a beautiful porch that exceeded our expectations and leaves us wanting to work with them again. I think the most outstanding aspect of the job is the quality of the work product. Everything was done with the highest quality in mind. Working with everyone in the company was a pleasure. From the beginning – working with Michael and the architect, to the ongoing daily updates from Joey – We felt informed and in the loop. No project goes perfectly, but all of the challenges were dealt with in a professional and in a timely manner. We got several estimates for the porch and Rendon was not the least expensive – but they were worth every penny. I would use them again without hesitation. We are very proud of our home, and now even more so!!!
