Chris and his crew did a superior job in replacing my roof. What was especially impressive was the fact that my particular roof has a lot of valleys and difficult areas to cover. They made it look easy and the result was nothing short of phenomenal. I get many compliments from my neighbors for the outstanding appearance and special touches incorporated into the roof like copper flashing and the precise fit and look of shingles that were installed in perfect fashion. There was nothing more that could have been done to make the job look any better including the fact that the price was the best after getting several estimates from other area roofing companies. Chris also included new drip edges, attic fans and new lifetime warranted vent covers. Save yourself time and money and choose Area Remodeling. You’ll be glad you did!

If there were more stars I would of selected them. We had 5 different quotes last year on getting a new roof installed. This year when we were finally able to do so I only found one card and that was for Area Remodeling & Siding! I called Chris and he came over gave us an excellent quote and recommendations on how to properly replace our existing roof. Our roof did not have a vent system of any type so we went with new shingles, 6 roof vents, new flashing around fire places and decided to install a Solar Fan to help ventilate our attic. Chris and his team showed up yesterday (5/27/18) and started the roof at 7:30 am. Next thing we know we had 3 vans of workers who were all very friendly and professional working on our roof!!! Long story short, at 830pm and after extensive clean up our roof was completely done and we couldn't be happier! Highly recommend Chris and his team to anyone looking for the best deal and professionalism. Chris remained on site until the job was completely done! Again, don't settle for the cheapest price but go for the fair price and you will not be disappointed with Chris and the results!!!!

I found Area Remodeling to be the best over all value. They gave me a fair quote and their warranty was the best. I used them when I was selling a home and the inspector who came out and inspected commented whoever did this roof did a really good job. I would definitely recommend calling these guys. After getting several estimates we choose Area Remodeling to replace our roof. Chris and his team did a great job. They showed up first thing in the morning and finished the same day using all three teams. Took care to cover everything up and did a great job cleaning up when finished. I strongly recommend them. We had a few quotes done. Hands down Chris had the best price. We have a huge roof so quotes were all the way from $33,000 and down. We picked Area Remodeling and the roof was done in a day and a half with complete clean up. I have recommended and will continue to do so. Chris was very responsive to text messages or phone calls. His crew arrived earlier than expected ready to work. They worked all day and only took a lunch break. They were able to complete the job in one day. Tony was on site to ensure everything went smoothly and answered any questions that I had. The crew did a great job of cleaning up any debris that was left even though it was dark. Chris and Tony are very professional and easy to deal with.
