We had a roof replacement done by them in 2017 so they were the first company we thought of when we needed trim and soffit work done. Excellent work done by them, a day and a half total. The window below the trim work was replaced in 2007 by another company and just needs painting. I wanted to show this picture though to give everyone an idea of what they did for us, and how happy we are with their work.

A+, 5 Stars, BZ.Exceptional quality, on time, as priced, with a crew of 8 people synchronizing all phases of the project safely. I had three other quotes as well, all using the GAF roofing system. Atlantic Craftsmen was the only one that didn't try to upsell and had my best interest in options / recommendations. This is not a big corporate chain, but a family owned that communicated well, provided digital cobtracts and billing, making it seamless. Great staff interaction and finished drone pictures were also provided. The crew was careful of the pool, AC units, landscaping, and driveway in regards to debris. Include Atlantic Craftsman in your quotes. You will find the price, materials, and quality is better than competitors. Beautiful GAF Timberline HDZ lifetime transferable shingles installed. Atlantic Craftsman completed a major roof replacement on our father's home. The work is superior and required a great deal of extra repair. The crew was prompt, courteous, and professional. They repaired rot on the roof of the home and almost had to rebuild the front porch before installing the new shingles. The work is excellent, and they did a great job of cleaning up. (They even had to work around the rainy weather and made sure the roof was watertight during the process.) Atlantic Craftsman certainly went the extra mile and it is greatly appreciated. WOW! VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! The most amazing service and nicest people I've ever met from start to finish! The lady at the office was so polite, I called about a water leak in my ceiling. She assigned a worker who called right away, he was so nice. Made a same day appointment but then he called to say he got stuck on another job so I had the pleasure of getting to work with Joe at the last minute to check inside. I appreciate not getting canceled on, they made the time & effort for me. It needed HOA approval to fix the exterior leak. James came out next and was a lot of fun to work with. I enjoyed his stories of how he's been with Atlantic for 25 years and roofing for 40 years. I didn't know that Atlantic hand hammers every nail for their roof to ensure not cutting corners. These are the nicest and most honest caring workers I've met in a long time. Leak was fixed same day with no issues. Everyone is so friendly & professional. Anyone who can keep a staff for over 20 years is worth working with. I'd buy a whole new roof from them if I ever needed to!

A+. This company is second to none. I had a new roof installed in 2 days ( 150 squares and all new aluminum). I replaced my roof with the new GAF 50 year shingle and roof vents. The crew was professional and cleaned up 100% of the work area and flower beds. They walked me through every step. They kept me apprised of damage they found during roof removal, providing cost and pictures while still working to keep me within my budget. There financing department was easy to deal with and offered the best rates. Also they provided the best price out of 4 quotes I had obtained. They have my highest recommendation. You want find a better company. They are family owned and they take pride in there work. Give them a try, I promise you want regret it.

Paul and his team did an awesome job, on both my house and garage's roofs. The work was done quickly and thoroughly, with no cleanup being necessary by me after they finished. I greatly appreciated their efficiency with working with me and getting the project done even though I was out of town at the time of the replacement, but no time was wasted and everything went smoothly. Outstanding pricing and quality work! They replaced a section of damaged fencing and installed a Larger 5ft Gate.The morning of the crew were on time, ready and ensured the work they were doing was understood to my wants/needs. Great communications! They removed all the old fencing and gate and also removed all old posts and cement from the ground! Most other companies did not want to accomplish this that I talked with. The fencing was within 4” to 6” from cable/power lines. The Team were very care and hand dug out each old post and hand dug all new post without incident!The New Fence and Gate installed were beyond my expectations! Wow! In 2022 Atlantic Craftsman installed a new roof at my townhouse in Virginia Beach. They completed the work in one day. Large, very hard-working, and professional crew did excellent job. Cleaned up well. In December 2023, Atlantic installed new roof on my neighbor. At that time I noticed that a few shingles had come down from my work in 2022. We had our whole 3700 Sq Ft Home and 3 Car detached garage Roofs replaced. Atlantic Craftsman “held my hand” through it all from start to finish! They came to help me decide on what I wanted, design, color, architectural beauty etc etc. When I say IMPRESSIVE! I mean it! Roof Repair - The entire process was uneventful. I contacted Atlantic Craftsman and scheduled ann apointment for an estimate. They showed up assassed the situation, and provided us with a written quote, covering the roof repair and amounts for any extras should they be needed. We accepted the quote, they called to schedule the work and were flexible with scheduling. They showed up on the assigned time, and completerd the work quickly and efficiently. They did a good job cleaning up upon completion. Would use them again.
