We love our gutters, they look great, do the gob, and have added value to our home since the warranty transfers to a new owner if we were ro sell our home.We have had a great experience throughout the whole process. It started with our salesman Michael Cole, he did a great job explaining and displayed the benefits of the gutters, completed and accurate survey for pricing we could afford, and the install crew did a great job, they were profesional, friendly, and quick.Lastly after 2 years Michael followed up with us to make sure we were still happy with them and if there were any issues at all reminded us of our lifetime warranty.

What made my decision to purchase Leaf Guards from Exterior Source was Michael Cole. Mike's knowledge and detailed presentation of the company, the product, the installation, the warranty and financing gave me the confidence that Exterior Source and it's products were just what I was looking for to replace my old 1990's gutters. The delivery, installation, cleanup and inspection took about 3-4 hours. The entire process was smooth sailing. I couldn't be more happy with everything. Thank you Mike and Exterior Source!! Exterior Source replaced some cedar siding in bad shape with Hardiplank siding. They did an excellent job from helping chose the right product to installation and clean up. They showed up when they said they would, did what they said they would, when they said they would and as they said they would. Above and beyond expectations. If you need work done of any kind, I would not hesitate to call them again. They were fast, efficient, pleasant, reasonably priced and worked hard to get things just right.From the photo you can see that we only had the top part done (and chimney), but not the lower part of the house that we tried to match. May replace it all at a future date. We still have some painting to do that we did not contract for with them, so just look at the siding. So much better than the rot and fungus covered cedar. We would have had it all done but for our fixed income and they were the same or less than other bids.If you need their services, call them!

I’m very glad we went with Exterior Source to replace our back deck. Our deck space is like a second living room for us when the weather is nice. Shane Jones was the salesman and he did everything possible to get us a great deck at a price that fit our budget. When construction began, Brent Cunningham was on site everyday. Brent and his crew were super polite and respectful to our home. Brent communicated with me constantly about every detail during construction. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Michael Cole and his coworkers. They not only cleaned my gutters , they also fixed a flat roof. As a single woman taking care of everything my self , I am thankful everything was explained and done just like Micheal said it would be. They were very timely and efficient also. They're back! Who else would be my first contact? I was impressed by the efficient and professional installation of the leaf guard gutter system on my home and shed a few years ago, then the trim wrapping, and then four storm doors. They stand behind their quality products and services. They were invited back to look at the damage the latest windy storm did to our roof - too many shingles blown off - the roof after all is the 1987 original. The Certified Home Advisor and Sales Consultant came out to discuss the options after their detailed roof check. Contract signed! Looking forward to our new roof installation with a simply outstanding local company. Hmmmm...what will be next.....?

We are returning customers of Exterior Source having previously had them install LeafGuard gutters, trim wrap, and storm doors. We were very satisfied with their product quality, workmanship, and product guarantees. This time we had them replace our home's and shed's roofs. We recently experienced some wind roof damage with the roof being over 20 years old. We knew Exterior Source did roofing jobs and saw their TV ads promising some discounts as well as senior and military discounts. We contacted them and got the job under contract at a reasonable price. I write this review a day after job completion. Their gutter team came out on a Monday to remove the gutter system. The roof team were here the following Tuesday and Wednesday, and the gutter team returned on the Thursday to reinstall the gutters. The roofing team, led by Mr. Nick Montgomery, did a fantastic job removing the old roof, replacing some rotted wood pieces on the shed roof, correcting the previous roofing mistakes on a flat section of our roof, and installed a new roof using the latest designed materials. Just as before, Exterior Source uses exceptional products installed by expert employees and backed by reliable guarantees at a reasonable price. Their sales, installing, and management employees are friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. I would like to acknowledge the expertise in all phases of the roofing job of their onsite project manager, Mr. Nick Montgomery. Exterior Source is very fortunate to have him on their staff. We have had our Leaf Guard Gutters, done by Exterior Source, 2 years ago. They did an excellent job. We have a lifetime guarantee to clean or fix the gutters, which even though we haven't needed it, is nice to have. Expensive, but worth it. The gutters look good and work great!

The sales advisor gave us multiple material options to choose from, and displayed the highest degree of integrity in explaining the contract and articulating how the installation process would occur. The installers were on time, courteous, and took before and after pictures. It is a big relief to know our gutters will be protected for many years to come.

We were looking for new windows and called Exterior Source - Mike Cole came out promptly and was very professional, courteous, and thorough in explaining all the window products. He measured and took pictures of all our windows and gave us a quote right away. Despite being a higher price point than we were expecting, after such a fun and exceptional meeting with David, we decided to go with Exterior Source to build a deck, later adding fascia/soffit work and leaf guard installation. Everyone that was involved was courteous, thorough, hard-working, and quick. Every step of the way we were informed on the plan. No messes were left and any concerns we had were addressed immediately. Although we were hoping the work would be started sooner, permits, material acquisition, and weather hung up the process a bit but that was no matter; once the work began, it was done well within two weeks. This was much faster than we could have hoped and it was done well before a milestone birthday party we were planning; we were even able to have guests outside on the deck whereas if we kept the old deck we all would’ve ended up on the ground. Everything looks great and we feel great having a well-constructed deck and sleek new gutters.Thank you David for setting everything up for us and making the biggest home projects we have ever dealt with a breeze.

What a great decision I made to choose Exterior Source to replace my roof!The whole process was top notch.They had lightning fast response to my request for an estimate. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish: Jason the sales person was genuinely concerned about my needs and kept me informed every step of the way. They bumped me up in priority - just as he said he'd try to do - because my roof was leaking. In fact, they had the job finished within a week after I signed the contract! The day of the job they had a supervisor on site the whole time: Nick, Rob, Mark and Jason (yes, the sales person actually came to the site) patiently and respectfully answered all my questions. I had to spend the money for the gutter system upfront, but it saving me money and headaches. My fence line runs parallel to woods which means the leaves always found their way into my gutters all year round until now. Trying to a reputable gutter cleaning company that wouldn't overcharge me is no longer my concern. The gutters are aesthetically pleasing.

I no longer have to climb a ladder to remove debris from my gutters! When it rains heavily, the larger gutters are able to handle the flow (no more showers at the back door from the overflow). Quick installation, the team cleaned up well, removing the old gutters. I highly recommend this company.
