I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Jayhawk Exteriors. Nick came out and gave me a very detailed proposal along with an educational folder and explained EVERYTHING with such patience and thoroughness. He assisted me every step of the way throughout the entire process. This is the only construction company I have ever dealt with that the owner was in constant communication with me every step of the way. Nick was he even on the job site 7am the morning of our replacement and all throughout the day giving me updates! This company does NOT subcontract their work like all the bigger companies working in the area (Very important). Not only did they replace my roof but they even went the extra mile and cleaned all my gutters out, fixed a piece of loose trim metal, and sealed up some cracks in my chimney.. all at no extra cost! Jayhawk is truly a customer oriented company. I could go on and on and I wish I could give them 10 stars!! I’m glad I chose Jayhawk Exteriors to do a major roof replacement on my home and I will recommend them to everyone for any exteriors work! Thank you Jayhawk exteriors!!!

Good price, great service and a veteran’s discount. Did my large, complex roof on 2 story house in one day. Excellent clean up. Great selection of shingles, I’ve got the best looking roof in my neighborhood and all the neighbors roofs are less than 4 years old. My wife picked the color and it looks awesome. Very easy to work with Chili and Nick. Will have them as my go-to crew in the future.

Great job. Nick and his crew did an amazing job on my roof. From the start, Nick did a through inspection of my roof and identified several areas other inspections failed to find. He sent pictures as they were progressing on the removal of the shingles and than the install of the areas of concern. Will use Jayhawk for other exterior projects.

Nick and his crew did a great job and cleanup. We had a full plywood replacement which unfortunately required removing 3 layers of shingles. They completed the job in one day and didn't mind me taking lots of pictures and asking many questions. Would recommend to friends and family.

We hired Jayhawk for roof and skylight replacement, and gutter guards. We didn’t realize how bad our roof was until one of the roofers stepped through the roof but Jayhawk was apologetic and had somebody come patch up the interior ceiling the very next day. True professional’s, great customer service, reasonable priced and Nick was very attentive to our needs and a great communicator! Highly recommend and would hire again!!!

Nick was great to work with, on time, great communication and made sure the job was done to our expectations. The team who installed our gutters were very professional and made sure to ask any questions on installation before the work was started. I really appreciated the respect given to my property and clean up. After we had gutters installed, we hired back jayhawk for the roof. Again, they did not disappoint, start to finish we were informed of the progress. The roof team did a great job on the roof and the cleanup after was very much appreciated. Start off by saying this is my rental property in VA and I live in FL. The individual I worked with was Nick. He was my single co tact for the entire project. He was attentive, respectful and always offered good advice and additional things to make the house look better. After calling 12 companies to get an entire makeover on my house to include siding D-4, trim, soffit, and gutters, they were not the cheapest. But they were within about $1500. For a quality product and professional install it’s worth it. The house looks brand new. The install took two days, the tenants didn’t complain at all and I got constant updates from Nick as I was out of state. The final product was amazing. Thanks again Jayhawk for the fantastic work!

Jayhawk Exteriors completed my roof today. They came at 730am and were finished by 130pm. The roof looks fantastic and they left my yard immaculate. Jayhawk replaced my roof and old leaky gutters and their crews did a fantastic job. I'm thrilled with the results, it looks great and you can see the quality and professionalism of the work. Chili gave me a very competitive estimate and was very responsive in answering my questions and explaining the process throughout the job. Everything happened as scheduled and as expected, and there were no surprises.The roofing crew was led by Milton and they did a fantastic job. They were one person down due to illness but still got the job done on time, and pushed themselves to finish before an approaching weather system. They were machines! Their attention to detail and cleanup efforts were greatly appreciated.I'm super excited about the Xtreme gutter guards that will save me a bunch or work and frustration with clogged gutters. The cost was less expensive than others offering the same product, and their work was very professional and detail oriented. Owner was on the job three times during the day checking in on the crew, providing pictures of the roof and repairs and inspecting work and clean up. Very fast service, very good quality work. We'll be having them do more work. Chili & Nick & their guys are great to work with, they let you know everything that's going on throughout the job & they show up when they say they will. If you're looking for a contractor you can count on, go with these guys, of course get other estimates (as we did, they weren't the cheapest) but the work & support from them definitely makes up for a little higher cost. (Not much but some), these guys made the work seem flawless can't wait to get more work done by these guys.Update 7/14/2022 Now these same guys are doing a complete exterior upgrade, so far just as I expected they are doing a great job, will add plenty of pictures so check back to see them soon.

Five years ago when interviewing companies to give me an estimate on replacing my roof, Jayhawk Exteriors came out, gave me an estimate, but said I had 3-5 years left on roof. Sure enough, 5 years later, it was time, and I called Jayhawk. Because they did such a great job on the roof (which was replaced in a day), I had them redo old siding trim that was done poorly from a previous contractor. Additionally, ended up replacing gutters on the front just to give everything a fresh look. Chili, Nick, and Oscar were all caring and professional. All the crews were fantastic. Prices were very reasonable, and the whole experience was 1st class. One may hear of companies that claim they will treat your home as if it were their own, well . . . Jayhawk is the BEST! Chili and his crew worked tirelessly on our roof despite having to haul shingles causing extra clean up because of the lot. The crew was especially conscientious alerting us when our car was in danger of being hit with falling debris as they were working on the garage roof. JayHawk did a wonderful job on my new roof in the Princess Anne Woods neighborhood. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for exterior work. Crew was on time, polite and even worked through multiple questions we had. Job was done in about 2 days. The only reason I didn't give a 5 stars is due to clean up. I am still picking up nails in my back yard. I also had to ask them to clean nails from a gutter when they said they were done. They were happy to do it, no issues. As a customer just make sure to walk around and check areas for nails etc. Overall, I would be giving a 4.5 if google allowed it.Services: Roof inspection, Roof repair, Roof installation
