Peak Building Corporation just completed a major renovation to our home and we couldn't be happier with it! From the very beginning we were impressed with the intention that Steve (our general contractor) had. When we first met Steve, he came to our home and listened to what we had envisioned and looked at the drawings we had. The next visit he had brought all the contractors who would be involved in the project to our home (plumbing, dry wall, paint, tile, hvac, framers...ect). I appreciated that because not only did that provide communication from us and our vision but communication among the workers who would be completing the job as well. Steve's demeanor also makes him a pleasure to work with.Steve stayed within the time limit he said he would complete the job in and within the budget (minus the extras we added). He was always available to answer a call or text and never left us hanging for days awaiting a response.The vast numbers of contractors it took to complete this job were also fantastic. They were not only professional and courteous but the craftsmanship was top notch.You hear horror stories of renovations/builds but I am happy to say we had a very enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Steve and Peak Building Corporation. We will ONLY be calling him for future jobs.

We are beyond pleased with how Steve and the rest of his team handled our extensive renovation! We raised the roof to create space on the second floor, moved the kitchen to another space, renovated and added bathrooms, took a couple walls down and created other walls to make the space flow for our family. From the beginning, he had great ideas for how to make the project work best, and the subcontractors he brought in to help complete the quote were fantastic. Steve was transparent about budget, additional costs, savings options and completion times. He was flexible, attentive and always helpful through the project. His team was awesome, and the best thing I can say is that I would absolutely use Peak again. Even after the project was complete, Steve and Adam made sure any issues that arose were handled quickly and well. They're the best!!

Peak Building Corp just finished our home renovation and we couldn't be happier. Our reno included: removing the roof off our ranch and adding a 2nd story, gutting the whole house to the studs, new baths, new kitchen, new HVAC, removing walls and changing floor plan completely. Over the course of the year, we were impressed with their level of perfection when it came to getting to right. Steve has great relationships with all his subs and works well with to get the job done. At the end of the job, we still like them and even highly recommend them to anyone looking for a big or small home renovation job. I think this is rare in the world of hiring general contractors!

My recent kitchen remodel and addition was surprisingly worry free. I am beyond happy with the finished product. The site was kept clean and the workers were very professional. The subcontractors were trustworthy and on time. The job was finished as scheduled and most importantly on budget. I could not have been happier.
