It all started with a storm door that wouldn't shut. For 6 years! Darren came over fixed the door, super easy for him.While he was there I asked about my front windows and porch. Everything was from 1990s. Windows were metal and porch pillars were rotten at the bottom.Darren helped with picking out the window (all I knew about windows ...well they are made of glass) and listened how I wanted the porch.Finished product was amazing and better than I thought. What a fantastic attention to detail, they cleaned up after themselves, and were all around a pleasure. I can't wait to find the new front door I want and the money for new bedroom windows...oh yeah, he worked with my budget too! Amazing. Darren the owner of Pro Tech Siding was here from beginning to end. He was very easy to talk with. We added some doors to install that we didn't plan on and without a problem he installed them before the job was completed, didn't reschedule to come back to do them. Plus he didn't even charge to put them in and he was able to pick them up for us. Fantastic experience. Gotta love those small businesses. Best part, nothing out of pocket. We paid when he was completely done!!!

A friend, who has used Pro Tech numerous times, had recommended them to me, and would Highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done. The price was very good and I would like say you don't find customer service like this anymore. "Great Job"!! Very good communication and very quality workmanship!! Thank You very much Darren.

Good luck getting them to call or text you back much less getting them to actually show up! I used them once and it took forever for them to come out. There was always an excuse as to why they weren’t coming followed by another promised start date. They finally did the work. They even said they would be back to do a few pieces of vinyl siding for free since I was so patient. I actually paid them more than I was quoted because I don’t expect anything for absolutely free. They never came back! I now have a piece of fascia coming off that they replaced and I have been calling and texting Darren for well over a month! Once in a blue moon he will respond by text saying they will come next week but once again never shows or bothers to call or text! I call and text almost every day and out of the blue he responds with “I forgot to come by I’ll get you next week after he gets done installing some windows” and once again he is a no show, no call, no text! Stay clear of this company!

This was one of the most unprofessional companies and person I have dealt with on the many projects I had this year. Darren C Wilson, owner of Pro Tech Siding tops the list of worst contractors to deal with. I gave him a simple siding job that he could knock out in one day if he worked slow. I gave it to him 4 weeks in advance and gave him about a 10 day window to accomplish it. After week 3 the excuses started rolling in and I started having my doubts. 3 days before the drop dead date he sent me an email (coward since he couldn’t call and tell me in person) stating yet another excuse and said I only have a “small job” and couldn’t meet the deadline. He was also very arrogant and always had the demeanor that he was doing you a favor. My guess is that this guy will promise everyone anything to fill his calendar with no intent of meeting the agreed upon dates. He screwed up a one-day job with 4 weeks’ notice. My advice is to keep looking and don’t rely on this person or company, he will burn you. Line other people up and when this one doesn’t show, fire him like I did. Found another respectable siding company within 30 minutes of canning this guy and had the job done 2 days after, still meeting my deadline. There are many in this business, keep looking.I heard that 95% of people won’t take the time to write reviews and I fall into that category. This was one case where I needed to make the time to hopefully save someone else the aggravation of dealing with this guy.

Awesome customer service and communication. Great quality work and thoroughness as well. Came on the date and at the time agreed upon and left no trash or scrap behind. We will definitely be using Pro Tech again!
