Having the unfortunate event of my A/C pan leaked and severely ruined my ceiling, I had the daunting task of searching for a mitigation company to assess and treat the affected area.I found Rainbow Restoration, Chesapeake.Upon contacting Rainbow Restoration, my concerns were addressed by a very peasant, knowledgeable and professional staff who went above and beyond to address my home mitigation/restoration needs.Prior to arriving to assess the damage to my home (ceiling) and scuttle attic, I was briefed on what the mitigation process entailed so that I could understand and know what to expect.Upon arrival at my home, the mitigation personnel led by Martin, assessed the damage and in a very professional and respectful manner went over the details of the damage and the mitigation plan that the company was going to utilize in an effort to restore my home.I also had the privilege of interacting with Crystal who I would say, is the heartbeat of Rainbow Restoration Chesapeake. Crystal is highly professional, knowledgeable personable and patient. She kept me updated throughout the entire process addressing all my questions and concerns regardless of how early or late I called.Upon completion of the mitigation process, Rainbow Restoration through Crystal, did not hesitate to followed up. They were professional, neat and courteous. They showed quickly and worked with me on scheduling times to come out to get everything cleaned up and dry. They explained the process thoroughly and made sure I understood what needed to be done. I definitely recommend them to anyone in need of water mitigation/ restoration services. The techs that came out were very prompt. They kept me informed throughout the entire process. The woman from their office I spoke with was extraordinarily helpful. After things were finished she helped put me in contact with a contractor for repairs on my house. Excellent customer service overall. If you’re in need of water mitigation services, these guys are who you should call.
