It took a long time to get my new patio door but Mr Rogers sent a great installer crew when the time came to put it in place. Michael L, Lamont and Jake were dedicated to getting everything just right. They were a pleasure to work with, very professional and always kept us posted on what they were doing. They meticulously leveled the new patio door so that it worked perfectly. It slides so easily that my wife keeps bragging about how she can move it with one finger! Thanks for sending the “A” Team! This was one of those once in a lifetime experiences. From the guy taking our order to the crew doing the installation, and everything in between, this was a most rewarding experience. Dustin and Mike were the best installers we have dealt with going back many years. On time, always pleasant, helpful beyond belief, there is nothing to be desired from a crew. Everything was checked and double checked, all materials were cleaned up leaving no evidence of hard work that was done. Johanna liked especially that Dustin checked with her on every aspect of the job, repeatedly checking each window. As for me, Mike did work that I could not do and did it quietly and efficiently. There are no words to express my admiration for Dustin and Mike and the third man who helped them with the second story windows (Sorry, I don't have a name for him) and for the products and work that was done. A #10 rating only begins to indicate our satisfaction and happiness with this project. As all promises made were over-delivered (as promised at the sales meeting) we can only hope the quality of materials and workmanship last through time. Thank you for a MOST rewarding experience. Your staff has been so professional from beginning to end. I had a positive experience with Eddie English when he came to give us a quote, I had a positive experience with the guy that came to get the measurements (apologies, I can't remember his name), and I had a positive experience with the four gentlemen that came to install our slider and two replacement windows today (John, John, Jonathan, and Michael). Every one of them was friendly, professional, and even cheerful in disposition (the third quality being not a requirement, but definitely appreciated). The same goes for the ladies that called me to set up appointments and send reminders throughout the entire experience. I will never need to question who I will hire to redo my windows from here on out. It's, hands down, going to be Mr. Roger's windows. Every. Time. Thank you so much for taking care of us, guys!

The office staff, sales (Jeff) and the installers (primary Steve, Ron & Tim along with Tyler, Josh and Brandon) were very helpful, answered our questions and went out of their way to do a great job. Steve went so far as to clean off a small section of roof that leaves had collected on. I know it made it safer for him to walk around that area, but we appreciated him taking the time to do this. The fellows were very careful doing their work and cleaned up all the debris. Having been a part of the safety department at a former job I also appreciated the safe way they went about their tasks.

Craig Bechthold and Lamont Hairston have just completed the installation of three doors in our house, providing a service that left us amazed and incredibly grateful. They took great care of the property, protecting everything around the work areas and cleaning after the installation even though the house is still in the middle of renovations.They completed their job ahead of time, took care of every little detail, explained each step and made sure we knew exactly what was going to happen next. After so many sloppy and careless contractors that left us unhappy and disappointed, Craig and Lamont were a breath of fresh air! Mikey and Tyler were briefed on my door issues before arriving. All I had to do was show them the old doors and they went to work. They kept me abreast throughout. They worked around/protected wires when needed. Tyler said his satisfaction comes from seeing the look of satisfaction on a client’s face when they see their new product. I can’t tell you how pleased I was to see the original 26 year-old, non- insulated doors replaced with beautiful new doors.

Craig Bechthold and Lamont Hairstron were the installers for Mr. Rogers Windows who arrived at our house at the designated time. We were getting a new front door and storm door combo installed. They were very polite, professional, and friendly. They brought all their equipment in a truck and began installation at 8:30am and were finished by 2:00pm. They placed runners down to protect our wood floors. They hung plastic drapes to prevent dust travel into the house. They removed the old worn out doors and installed the new doors with new framing and weather insulation balanced with a level on all sides. They cleaned up the area thoroughly and then explained the features of the new doors as well as our wattanty. I must say I was really impressed by their fine work and attention to detail. I am very happy to have a beautiful new front door, that was also such a satisfying experience. We had our windows replaced by Mr. Rogers many years ago. They still stand by the worry-free guarantee. When I was cleaning my windows last week, I had one of the windows come apart. Today Jonathan H came and fixed it in just a couple of minutes. He also took several screens that had holes in them, back to their service department to have them repaired. Jonathan was professional, on time and called to let me know when he was one his way.
