We ordered siding and everything that goes with it. Told we would receive a call when it came in after not hearing from anyone I decided to call and check in. I was then informed that it had been sitting there hmmm so much for calling us. We were over charged for the jchanneling was refunded for that but when we went to pick up the soffit we had to pay extras after everything was paid for before we picked anything up. When I asked why I was told 15 different things and of course they want to blame it all on us saying that we changed it well then if that was the case it should of been fixed and charged to us then not after we pick it up. I have never dealt with anything like this before. I pay to make sure that we are covered and yet you still want to over charge me and say I owe you more money when you clearly owe us. It takes 2 seconds to call someone to say its here or evern to say that we charged you the wrong price not wait until 3 weeks later.

The customer service here is awful. I came in wanting to better educate myself about and view samples of different roofing underlayments. There were 4 employees in the showroom and they all couldn't answer my questions or give me any info I didn't already know. The lady was extremely rude and made me feel as if I were wasting her time. She even made it a point to tell me the shingles I purchased (which they sold) are crappy. I felt unwelcomed, was ridiculed and felt uncomfortable the whole time I was here. This is not how you run a business and I won't ever waste my time here again.

I have been using the roof center as a supplier for a while now. they have never let me down. their customer service is like no other. my sales rep brain Ritter is very knowledgeable in everything the roof center has to offer, and he's johnny on the spot with any needs or concerns that may arise. I highly recommend the roof center for any roofing needs

Terrible service! I went to other stores to try to match siding. All the stores tried to help, and even recommended other places to go. The roof center person told me “there’s the wall of samples”. Not impressed at all!!!!

Don't carry long size, but they can order it for you. If you had the long ones in stock, it can be cut to the length you want.
