CRS over the past year has done two separate jobs at my home. The first was water damage in my basement from rain. Fred came out and quickly identified the problem that was a french door leaking away from where most of the damage was downstairs. I had assumed it was in the corner of my deck which was right above the damage. The second job was several faceted in that they replaced another french door downstairs, removed carper and tiled an entrance in front of the door, put crown molding throughout my finished basement and replaced a pergola on my deck. Not only is the quality of their work fantastic but when they were done it was like they had never been there. Even during their work each evening they left it spotless. I would highly recommend them

We came home from an extended trip to find our kitchen ceiling had developed a huge bubble and was dripping water, due to a leak in the upstairs bathroom fixture. The owner came out the next day, gave us an estimate, and suggested what we should do to dry out the damaged. He scheduled two repairmen to restore and paint the ceiling. My wife and I cannot praise these two gentlemen enough for the work they performed. Not only did they repair the ceiling, they also identified 6-7 ceiling cracks that they repaired at the same time. The project took 3 days to complete and each of those mornings they would begin by laying out drop cloths, lining the walls, cabinets, furniture, including blocking off other rooms with plastic as well as laying out a drop cloth to the entrance doorway where they would be exiting to their truck regularly. The men, James and Josh, not only completed the project to perfection, they were the model of customer service - friendly, detailed oriented, answering all questions. The owners should be extremely fortunate to have these two men working for them. Would I use CRS again? - In a heartbeat.Services: Paint indoors, Drywall repair

Thank you CRS for a job well beyond my expectations. After a devastating fire loss, you came in along with my insurance company and restored our home to pristine condition. I think it’s in better condition than when it was brand new. Fred, Jodi, and crew were caring, fair, and more than patient through the process. Called for an estimate based on my insurance company's recommendation and I'm glad I read the reviews after I made my call to them. I spoke to the owner's wife and she wanted to know the nature of my call, name and insurance company. I did not want to disclose my insurance company and felt this was not a factor in getting an estimate. I told them I did not want to be gauged based on my insurance company and did not feel this was something they needed to know right off for an estimate. I was put on hold for the 2nd time and waited again and she came back and said they were not interested in doing business with me! I guess with storms and all the damage the contractors are having a hay day and don't need to do business with you unless you have the right insurance company? Oh well, next! I was told the owner's name was Fred by the wife who spoke with me and said they owned the company.

CRS has been absolutely incredible through this whole process. After a flooded basement, they've done wonderful work in quickly restoring it, but also making it better than it was. Fred has been fantastic to deal with!!CANNOT recommend them enough!!!
