Modern renovations did a fantastic job on our roof. They were in and out in one day, and the crew was fast and cleaned up after themselves. We originally were planning on just a plain black roof, but they suggested peppercorn because it had all of the colors of the tones in our house and they were right it’s absolutely stunning! We went with a black drip edge on the white trim as per suggested and it looks fantastic. It makes the roofline stand out on our home. They helped us get financing with a small contingency which they didn’t use so we were able to use some of it to replace a window that had need replaced at Little to no cost. They kept us aware of all of the timelines and kept to the budget and timeline and our experience was absolutely wonderful thank you Modern Renovations

Everyone I dealt with from the man who came to quote my roof, to the woman who operates the office, to the crew that did the work was extremely courteous and helpful. Larry and Amanda made our roof replacement experience a lot easier than I thought it would be. They were referred to us by a friend. There was no high-pressure sale. Just an honest evaluation, and a very fair price with a good warranty. The work crew arrived on the scheduled day, and went straight to work. They were efficient, courteous, and tidy. They completed the job and cleaned up in one day. Some of my neighbors commented how efficient and clean the workers were.I knew I could trust their work by something that happened in the very beginning of the work day - Larry asked if he could put a sign up in the front yard, to which I agreed. At one point the sign must have gotten bumped and was not level. One of the workers came down off the roof and straighten up the sign, then went back to work. That is the kind of worker that I want putting on my shingles, nice and straight. Good job to the work crew.I recommend Modern Renovations.

They worked their magic and found this amazing veteran owned roofing company called Modern Renovations that happens to help other veterans with similar needs a few times a year. With the help of Owens Corning in the form of donated shingles and materials they completely replaced my old roof with a 50!! year roof In under a week and at no cost to me. I have had quite a few major repairs over the last year, most of which have been mixed experiences at best and some of which have been extremely unpleasant (and insanely overpriced.) Working with Modern Renovations to replace my roof was by far the most positive and professional experience of them all and was, I daresay, as close as any home renovation work comes to being downright pleasant. The Modern Renovations team was the absolute best! After learning that our original roof was not properly installed by another individual, Larry came out immediately, went over every detail, and ensured that everything was taken care of in a timely manner. His crew was on time & worked 2 days from sun up to sun down making sure our new roof was done correctly. After receiving three quotes to replace our roof, we hired Modern Renovations (Winchester) to do the work. As a matter of comparison, their quote was well below the highest quote we received.While checking out the existing roof, Larry (II) identified install/design issues with the roof that were missed by our home inspector. He promised the new roof would be installed to avoid future water problems. He made good on that promise and the install looks amazing.Installation was a breeze, the crew did a great job keeping the work area cleaned up at the end of the day and 99% of the old nails were picked up when finished. Amanda in the office was great to work with and made sure all of our follow-up questions were answered quickly (which they were...mostly the same day).If tomorrow we had to install another roof, I would save the time and only call one number... Unparalleled customer service. Reached out with a gutter issue and Larry made it out as quickly as he could. Turns out, improper sized screws were used to secure it in place when my gutters were originally installed. Wind storm caused then to work free and the Modern Renovations team fixed the issue quick.
