We recently had Oakcrest build a home for us on our own lot in Lake Holiday, VA. From the very first meeting all the way through the closing on the house it was a very pleasant and painless experience. They were always ready to meet us at the property during construction and walk us through what had been done and what was being done next. Sherri and Nameeta spent a lot of time helping us pick out our selections, and we couldn't have done it without them. We have been in the house 6 months now and have had no issues or problems. I would highly recommend contacting them if you are in the market for a new home.

**WARNING** Think twice before purchasing any property being sold or managed/rented by OakCrest. Poor craftmanship, they do not follow up on warranty issues and do not respond timely or professionally to emails and phone calls.
