We hired project pro to finish our basement and they did so with excellence and at a reasonable price. Jeremy is very easy to get along with and can do just about anything. We had him build some custom items such as a platform in our theater room to elevate our second couch and a wall to wall bench in my wife's craft room. We contracted with Project Pro LLC to redo our deck. The deck turned out beautifully. We decided it would be nice to have steps so we added those to the contract. This is a Jan 2022 review of the deck he built and porch he renovated for us, which I entered on the companies website. Didn't realize It wouldn't be part of the reviews on Google. We considered bids from seven builders in all. No doubt in my mind best of them all. Cost - a bit higher than the cheapest, a lot less than the highest. Craftmanship and attention to detail best of the best. Worked the job without interruption. Made my design+ a reality.Service: Deck construction

Did a horrible job on our siding. He never came back to fix the numerous problems or returned my calls. 3 weeks after completing the job the siding was literally falling off our house. These pictures are of the new siding that he installed.

My family just moved to Winchester on short notice. We hired ProjectPro to replace 20 year old flooring and my wife was desperate to have it replaced before the furniture started arriving. Project Pro did what everyone else said couldn’t be done or said they’d have to charge me more than I could afford. The flooring was done the night before the movers came.

We really like working with Project Pro, LLC. Their prices are very fair. Jeremy is a really nice guy and very easy to get along with. We got our Trex deck done by him, it was such a quick and easy process. He gave us different ideas and it turned out so nice. We liked them so much, We had him come back and extend our driveway. Jeremy (Project Pro LLC) has done several jobs for us in our remodeling of an old 1980s home. And we have plans to continue projects with Jeremy and his crew. The workmanship is great and they clean up at the end of each day, There have been surprises after beginning the job and they do extra work to repair and remedy when necessary. Project Pro did a great job on our screened in porch! It turned out better than I had hoped. Jeremy was responsive and easy to work with. He made suggestions along the way and the attention to detail was great! The project site was always cleaned up at the end of the day which was very helpful when you have a dog that likes to get into everything. I was especially impressed with Jeremy after we called him to let him know we changed our minds on how the door to the porch opened. Within two weeks he was out and flipped the door for us - you cannot even tell the door was ever on the other way. Love the porch so much I moved my work area outside!

Jeremy installed a back door onto our existing home, requiring cutting and removal of exterior brickwork, removal of interior wall, installation of a door and construction of a small porch. The work was done very neatly and professionally and Jeremy was a very pleasant and very competent person to deal with. We hired him to do our deck work. He over charged us on everything saying he will guarantee all the work for 5 years minimum. All the trex transcend boards are getting loose within the year. All the side pillars holding the side railings are tilting outwards. He left the work incomplete after taking the money.We had to hire some one else because he would never return phone calls to come back and fix the problem. Now within 9 months, the deck is falling apart and he doesn’t even pick up the phone call.Be aware he is a scam artist with no professionalism. On time he comes on time is to collect his checks. But after that he will ghost you out his life. Forget about any professional work. Now several people in Winchester are coming out with complaints.At least stand behind your work and come and fix the issues if you promise them Jeremy.

changing the review from 5 to 1 star. They did a good job on the sidewalk but they were supposed to come back to work on some siding repair and didn't show up. Contacted them about it and they said they would come out the following week and didn't come out yet again. There was no apology or any contact from them. Will not be using or recommending them to anyone.

Project Pro installed a retaining wall that failed within 3 months. After repeatedly contacting Project Pro to repair the failed wall, no response. This contractor is not to be trusted.

Buyer beware. I am not usually one to rate but for the sake of others I am rating to warn others. To sum it up, the entire roof and siding project had to be redone by another licensed contractor. If it was not my persistence fighting Lowe’s we would have lost thousands (installed so poorly manufactured warranty would have been revoked).
