Thank you, thank you, thank you! Well tank went out at 11:00 pm, called R&R next morning, and they were at the house within couple hours and soon after, new tank installed and water working again. Have used them couple times in past, and they are always prompt, friendly, and fair priced. Highly recommended!!! Thank you!

Woke up on a Friday morning (4am)and had zero water coming out of any faucet in my house. Wife was 9+ months pregnant and we had 3 children between 2 and 8 at home. This was one week before Christmas. I called around to several contractors while at work in Tysons and was put onto R and R from a contractor I had used in the past. After being quoted 3k+ from two other contractors to fix my well pump R and R came out and fixed it for $815. My wife was the only one home and she said they were very informative, respectful, and kind. I am very grateful to have been introduced to this company as a contractor. They will be the only company I call in case of future well pump problems. There needs to be more honest contractors like this.

My grandmother called R&R due to well issues and was able to reach them on the telephone. However, after the initial call, we have not been able to get a hold of them after multiple attempts to follow up.They left us in the dark and flat out ignore any attempt in proceeding to fix the well. My 87 year old grandmother has been without water for almost a week now and we have yet to hear back. We are making due until we find another contractor to come out.Bottom line - I would NEVER recommend these guys based on how they treat potential customers and will be asking another contractor to perform the work.The only plus side is allowing us to experience what working with them would be like early on in the process. At least we found out before it was too late.Avoid them at all cost.

Terrible . These guys led me on for over three months telling me they were going to take care of my well pump the following week after giving me a quote. Three months later and they still haven’t showed up. They don’t stick to their word, they don’t do what they say they’re going to do . If you don’t want to do the job then just say so and I’ll find somebody else but now our Well isn’t going to be ready when we really needed it the most. Absolutely do not recommend . I am a small business owner and it really takes some terrible service for me to leave a bad review for anybody.

Above and beyond!!!! R and R are AWESOME!! We called yesterday about our busted hydrant and they were here today and didn't leave until it was fixed and working properly!!! VERY nice guys!!! HIGHLY recommend!!!:)
