Horrible!!! Called because the wind blew some siding off my house. The man that answered told me he would come by that afternoon. He didn’t. Called and had to leave a message because I don’t have a 540 number, and they don’t want spam calls. Two days later still no call back. Going to find a contractor who is actually honest and responsive.

0 stars if I could.First of all, they were used during the purchase of my home to estimate the cost of a new roof. This cost was then split between the seller and I in the sale.Fast forward to trying to use CCR, it took them months to do another estimate, even though I had the paperwork from the one mentioned above. They said the initial estimate was too low (meaning I'm already losing money on this transaction).I go forward with the service, even booked a date (where I again had to wait months) and they never even showed up.They began to screen my calls and avoid me. They stopped texting me back as well. Now that my roof has an issue, I've been inspired to write this. If they just did the service they promised there would be no issue.Avoid at all costs.There's no fixing this, since I'm now forced to go with someone else.

Great guys who did a great job replacing some siding on my house, and they did it at a reasonable price as well. The work was done well, done quickly, they explained things well, and they were even kind to my four year old who talked their ears off until my wife made him come inside. :) The owner also has answered followup questions from me via text quickly and helpfully. If I need this kind of work done, I will call them again.

We had this company rebuild steps . They finished the work in a timely manner and communicated with us throughout the process. Did a nice job and and completely cleaned up after the project was finished. Will definitely use their services again.

Hello, the crew that came to our house went above and beyond. We had initially ask for gutter cleaning; they saw that the roof had a lot of moss and mildew. Without skipping a beat, they went ahead and cleaned the roof to free it of that debris, without charging us for that service! They showed care and concern for this property, knowing that clearing the gutters wouldn't be set without the roof being clean and clear. I called first thing in the morning because I noticed water coming in below our window and thought we needed them to be fixed or replaced. Anthony came by about 3 hours later that same day to check it out and give us an estimate. Fortunately (or unfortunately) the window wasn't a problem but Anthony was nice enough to walk me through what I needed to do to fix our water issue. I hope we don't have future issues, but I know who I would call if we do.

Anthony and his team put our roof on last year. We needed to have our drip edge readjusted. Anthony guarantees his work, he fit us into their extremely busy schedule (the good ones are always busy) and took care of it. They are easily the best group in Montgomery county.

I had contacted them by email on Aug. 31 that I needed a quote asap because my siding had started to leak water into our walls. He responded that he would get someone out. He did not respond to my email asking him to let me know what day and time. Heard nothing more out of him. Fast forward to Wed. Sept. 16, I received a call from CCR, asking if I still needed help with our siding. I said YES! She told me that someone can come out the next day after 6:30pm. I said that's fine. Next day, the guy never showed up, no phone call, no nothing. Nightfall came and I said screw these people! These people are a joke and I know now that I will never want their business. I understand that contractors are busy but DO NOT call potential customers and say someone will be there just to stand people up. What a way to piss people off!
