From the beginning stages of walking me through all their materials and what I could expect (even before I chose them), my sales Representative, Chris Duncan, gave the best customer service. They also gave a competitive bid for the work and completed the whole roof replacement in just one day.I highly recommend Modern Day Roofing to anyone needing commercial or residential work done. Here are some pictures of the work they did for us from The Salvation Army Church Building. The last photo is of Chris Duncan walking around our property with a magnet to make sure no nails or debris were left behind. Amazing customer service!

Had a roof replacement done last Fall by Modern Day. The process was easy. Great consultation with leadership to explain our options and help us make a good choice. The work was done expertly a few weeks after we signed the agreement. The roof looks great and quality is top notch. I am very happy with the work that Modern Day Roofing did!! They said it would be done in six weeks but they called and said they would be at my house 3 weeks earlier.They were honest and open with all the issues they found with my roof and the repairs that should be done. There was no pressure from them to fix the problems but I wanted to have my roof fixed the right way and have no issues years from now. The workers worked hard. They found 2 layers of shingles and half the roof had to be replaced because of rotten wood. They completed everything in one day before it rain the entire weekend. My insurance company tried to make things difficult but Chris was excellent to work with and kept communications rolling with the insurance company so that we could get done what was needed in as timely a manner as possible. The sales team did a better job than anyone else I contacted to explain the products, process, and warranty. The work crew was quick and efficient but did an excellent job. When there was a minor issue with the fit of two skylights, they arranged for it to be taken care of and the work was well done. They are a very professional company and I would recommend them to anyone needing a roof.

The wind storm in April knocked two pieces of fascia trim off our roof. I called around a couple places to get a quote to do the small repair. Despite the fact that the initial consultation was a no-show, I brushed it off because of the glowing reviews and the reasonable quote/time estimate Modern Day Roofing gave me once we were able to have the consult. At the time, there was a 4-6 lead time - no big deal. A week later I reached out to see when we could expect the start date. Was told weather had delayed them, but I could expect 3-4 weeks from there. A month later, after no communication, I reached out again and did not get a reply. Another month went by, I again inquired about start date and was told that it would get done that week. Another month and a half goes by, and I'm getting frustrated about the lack of communication and the numerous flyers in my mailbox about how they could fix my roof that needed repair. Another follow up email went unanswered. It wasn't until October (almost 6 months after I had originally reached out and 18 weeks after the original estimated start date), a crew randomly showed up at 8am on a Saturday morning with no notice and fixed the trim. They didn't even knock on the door to let us know. I still hadn't heard anything until a month later when I got an invoice in my email inbox (addressed to a "Mr" Barnes, instead of "Ms"). Unfortunately, the rave reviews weren't my experience, and if you have a small job, maybe look to someone else. Otherwise, the work they did seems to be high quality, but wish their communication was better.

Our experience with Modern Day Roofing was positive from the start! Chris arrived on time to provide a quote and answer any questions that we had. The shingles were delivered the day before installation and the work crew managed to get the house and separate garage done in 1 day! The guys cleaned up everything and left the yard as they found it. Chris came back the following week to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Well done MDR!

MDR did a wonderful job handling my roof replacement after a tree caused some major damage. The team was quick to get out to survey the damage and get a plan together. Once the insurance issues were worked out, they had my roof off and replaced in less than 12 hours. Karman, in the office, was great to correspond with regarding the paperwork and insurance processes. Great experience all-around!

I couldn’t be happier with the job done on my roof by modern day roofing.The crew arrived a few minutes early and immediately began preparing for the roof tear off. In less than an hour the old roof was removed and whatever repairs needed were done. Everyone knew their job and did it very professionally. The guys on the ground kept the debris picked up and thrown into the dump truck. By the time they were finished the only evidence of them even being there were faint tracks in the grass from the truck.Chris Duncan was the first salesman to schedule coming by to give me an estimate and I knew when he left that Modern day roofing was going to get the job even though I had 2other companies scheduled to come and give estimates. Chris kept me in the loop and answered every question I had. He was very professional and didn’t just tell me what I wanted to hear. He was honest and forthright. Had my roof replaced in late September and did the final walkthrough a week or two later. I pointed out that there was some minor damage inside the house from the work done, and I was told they were currently switching contractors that handle repairs (for things other than the roof) and that they'd be in touch. I never heard anything back and all my attempts to contact them have gone unanswered. I guess I was also supposed to get paperwork on the warranty, which never arrived.
