Tanner and crew are a pleasure to work with! We have had them do two projects for us, add a roof to our deck and finish a portion of our basement. Both times the prices were very reasonable, the work was completed timely and we were very satisfied! Scott is great at providing recommendations when you are stuck trying to make a decision. We look forward to working with them again in the future for a kitchen remodel! Highly recommend!

We requested an estimate from NRV Home Improvement on two bathroom renovations. Tanner responded quickly with a VERY reasonable quote compared to others we received, got our project on the books, and completed the work in a shortened timeframe. Scott and Vic were outstanding workers, professional, exacting in their job, punctual every day with the kind of strong work ethic not always found elsewhere. They gave us exceptionally high quality work, satisfied only if we were completely satisfied. Would HIGHLY recommend Tanner and his crew, and hope to get them back on other projects going forward!

This company provides excellent service! Their staff electrician, Butch, gave me an estimate while I was still under contract to purchase my new home. After closing, Butch scheduled and completed the work I needed. His estimate was accurate and there were no surprise charges. I appreciated his great communication- he even texted me pictures of the completed work! When I had a dryer “emergency”- Butch rearranged his schedule in order to have time to update my outlet. I appreciated this company’s professional manner and will be using them in the future. Highly recommend!

Tanner came out to our house and gave us a estimate within a few days after contacting him. We had contacted multiple contractors to get estimates and only had 2 return our calls. They started our garage within a month after getting the estimate. The guys did a great job and good quality work. Any issues that we had Tanner quickly fixed them. The only disappointment we had was that it took longer then the time line that we were given. But in construction I guess that is to be expected with the weather. We would highly recommend Tanner and his crew.

Was a pleasure to work with Tanner and his handyman, Erik, from NRV Home Improvement!! We had a bunch of small projects (replace all wired smoke alarms, replace under kitchen cabinet lights, replace a baseboard, reattach a fallen outdoor gutter, remove and replace rotting porch fascia) that were all completed quickly, competently, and at a good price! We used the handyman special and were very satisfied. Communication was excellent and Erik REALLY new his stuff and was friendly and kind and efficient and we were VERY pleased with the work! If they were this good with our list of little projects we've been putting off since covid, I can only imagine how great they would be with a bigger project. Highly recommend and would definitely use again!!!

We had an exceptionally positive experience with NRV Home Improvement this summer. They built our dream deck, and we are beyond pleased with the final product! Our wishlist was quite long, including building the deck around an existing above-ground pool, designing a pavilion, and constructing a ramp for a family member in a wheelchair. Tanner and his guys delivered beautifully and for a very reasonable price. They are a polite, punctual, and hardworking crew. We will definitely call on NRV Home Improvement for future projects.

I was very impressed with the work that Scotty and Vic did for me and with the supervision from Tanner. I had water damage from a leaky chimney; they were very prompt, courteous, and contacted me when they said they would...or let me know when they couldn't come. My roof is repaired and they also helped me with other projects around the house. I would recommend them to everyone!

I'm in the process of finishing my basement, and once the drywall was up, I needed a professional to do the mudding and texture the ceiling. They came out to provide an estimate for an addition , a month later I still haven't received a quote. Have called them several times, left several messages and they don't even have the common courtesy to return my call. Very disappointed because I read all the positive reviews before I contacted them. Very unprofessional, if they don't want or need the business that's fine, at least inform a potential customer so they aren't wasting their time. The sad thing is that I really liked their ideas the best regarding our addition vs 2 other contractors that came out and most likely would have hired them.

They had to do some sleuthing for us. Had a leak to a ceiling on the first floor. We were going to repair the ceiling anyway so they had to tear out the ceiling and find the leak, then put the ceiling back. What a great bunch of guys! All of them were pleasant, polite and competent. We'll be back!!!!
