Run, he is not licensed to complete any contracting work. I just want a refund for the painting not done, cabinets not purchased or installed and the tub that was not completely re-glazed. He even left my old toilet and trash in my backyard. I paid him $5.7K and only $2K has been completed. He has been working on remodeling my small bathroom for 4 months now. He comes 2-3 days a week and stays for 2-3 hours. This project was to be done in 7 days or at least 2 weeks. Very disappointed. I will post pics soon.

I am so incredibly blessed to have found Rich. I hired a different contractor before him and he literally messed up every assignment given to him. Rich took the time to go through the house room by room to see what needed to be repaired. He not only did repairs and renovations, but he corrected the mess ups from the last "contractor ". I will 100% be using his services again in the very near future and recommend him to everyone! I appreciated being shown photographs of the area where work was to be done (which was not easily accessible for visual inspection) and having all the work explained to me and all questions answered.
