Very professional. My experience with RVA Roofing Services and Staff was very professional and respectful. Everyone was on the same page, very up front , honest and they took their time to helped me understand the process. Which made me feel very comfortable. Ray, the owner was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Emily, the office manager kept me informed. The communication was clear and consistent. Wayne, who is the roofer and the on site manager took pictures of my roof , showed me what was going and informed me of the process of the installation and repairs. I was very pleased on how everything went. The workers placed tarp over my bushes and deck . Once they were done they removed all the trash and debris. They walked around the home with magnetic tool to get the nails up. My roof looks very good .

I reached out to RVA Roofing Services, and other local roofing companies, for bids on our company roof. Other companies quoted us $15,000 and up to replace our current roof, but Wayne with RVA Roofing Serv. was very knowledgeable, and explained why we did not need an entire new roof. RVA Roofing Serv. gave us a quote much lower and reasonable for what we actually needed. Once we approved the quote and were ready to proceed, Wayne was able to complete the job within days. Every interaction with RVA Roofing Services has been professional with a quick response time. We will be giving their name out to others in the future.

I recently used RVA Roofing to get vinyl siding installed on my house and detached garage… I was MORE THAN PLEASED with lmy entire experience. I got quotes from 3 local siding businesses and felt like the prices of all 3 were really high. Not only did RVA Roofing give me an incredible quote, they beat one business by 10k. I couldn’t believe it. 10k!! how is that possible? They had a crew here within 2 days of me putting my deposit down, and they finished the entire job in 3 days! My house looks incredible! I am constantly getting compliments from my neighbors! I am 10000% pleased with the job and how professional they were. Wayne kept me informed of the job progress the whole time and also provided pictures of the progress as well. The whole crew was super hard working, never slacking off and made sure to clean everything up really well. I couldn’t believe it was the same house. I recently had RVA Roofing take care of some on-going leaks on a warehouse and couldn't be happier. Both Ray and Wayne were a real pleasure to work with. The price was reasonable, appointments were kept and on-time (a rare occurrence these days!), and the work was completed as specified. I did have a small issue post completion and they promptly took care of it. I would highly recommend them and in fact already had them do preventative maintenance on 3 other warehouses.
