Unbelievable!!!!!!! I called he showed up, fixed the problem. I didn't even know he was here.....here and gone no issues no sign that he was here. If everyone had this work ethic I would get alot more repairs done more frequently

Bill Welsh installed the roof about 8 years ago and we recently had a small problem. He was up on the roof in 24 hour, fixed the problem and repaired the sheet rock as well. He went above and beyond in his service.I'd highly recommend.Services: Roof repair, Roof installation

This past summer my home had siding and roof damage from a hail storm. The next day contractor Bill Welch was out in the neighborhood basically handing out his hi tech business card. I was told by Bill that the window screens needed replacement as well, but the new window screens won’t come in for awhile due to high demand. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY WINDOW SCREENS 6 MONTHS LATER. My wife and I have tried texting and calling bill Welch to ask about our window screens and we’re either ignored or Bill Welch will “laughingly” tell us “I’ve got some window screens for you guys I’ll have somebody bring them by”If you’re looking for POOR communication and POOR quality service then hi tech is just the place to call.Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage
