I've had D&C work on 3 residential jobs for me. They are quick to provide quotes (sometimes on the spot), and are competitive in their pricing. While every contractor likes the big jobs, D&C is more than willing to fix small jobs too. They are very responsive to text/phone, which means a lot these days.For two of my jobs, I had D&C come over to fix roof leaks on my historic home. They recommended an EPDM membrane and a downspout. On the day of the job, they worked very fast and completed faster than expected. That was about 1 year ago. In both cases, the work stood the test of time and fixed the issue.On the third job, D&C came over to fix a problem I had with birds flying in my chimney. They were able to take care of this by putting a screen over the top of the chimneys. In this case, they had to be very careful not to break the slates on the old slate roof. They were very aware of the delicacy of the slate and were careful in their approach. At the end of the job, they snapped some photos of the chimney screens (since you couldn't see them from the ground) and sent them to my phone.D&C has always been very professional with me. They are my go-to roofers now. In fact, I'm getting ready to call them for another job right now.
