This company is the best! I interviewed 5 contractors to replace my roof, and Jason Kim provided the most detail about the process, the products, and price than any other. They also followed through with an excellent job. I returned home that day to a brand new roof and completely clean driveway and yard. Even better, they had to deal with a cranky neighbor (not because of anything they did) and were polite, professional, and patient in the face of an unreasonable situation. I cannot thank them enough!

By far (literally by thousands of dollars) the cheapest quote I got. The bargain price was not reflected in the work, which was top notch from estimate (transparent with no negotiation or other nonsense) to installation, to follow up. Jason was easy to work with and was communicative throughout the process. Crew showed up right on schedule and were quick and efficient. When the roofers neglected to replace gutter guards properly, Jason rectified it within 2 days. Photos of the work were provided afterward and they did all the legwork in registering the generous warranty (industry standard 50 year on shingles and 10 years on labor). Final payment wasn’t made (or even asked for) until I was completely satisfied. Would recommend!Another review noted a lack of worker’s compensation. Untrue. All related documentation was provided upon estimate. Everything was legit and on the level.

I’m giving a 2 star because the cleanup was ridiculous. I was left with plenty of nails in my driveway and patio. Also a hammer was left on top of my roof, cords dangling from the roof to patio deck, cord hanging under my downspouts. They also left another tool dangling from my roof. I’m still picking up nails that is in my driveway left after my lawn was mowed. I’m grateful that I didn’t catch a flat tire.This is unacceptable. My roof was done while I was out of town on travel and once I came back to inspect and this is what I was left with. I took videos and sent to the rep but no response. I WILL BE RECOMMENDING THIS COMPANY.

No Workers Compensation Coverage! YOU will be held liable.Maryland's Employers Workers Compensation Coverage Verification system shows they do not have this insurance.If a worker is injured working on your property and the contractor does not have workers compensation insurance, you may be liable to pay for injuries and rehabilitation for the injured worker filing the claim.I researched various companies on HomeAdvisor because roof replacement is costly, this company seems to be in their startup phase. They weren't very knowledgeable when answering questions, which is a red flag. They boast a Fairfax office but they are not licensed to roof in Virginia. And the first 5 star Homeadvisor review is from (see name from 6-20-17) the business owner at their listed address. Not recommended.

I trusted aides roofing when I took the contract out for them to replace our roof however they failed to do the proper work for the skylights we had to have them to come back into repair that it was leaking in our family Room and now it's leaking in our bedroom this roof was put in in August or July of 2018, We are very disappointed in Ace roofing they do not return phone calls they do not answer text messaging and I've attempted over the last 18 months to get them to come out here in to correct this problem and they still have not responded.
