ARS has bailed me out of 2 water related emergencies, and my parents out of another. I am glad to give them my highest possible recommendation.The first was at my own home in South Arlington in Dec 2022. They were very responsive in the evening, worked with me to figure out exactly what I needed from them, had someone come out that night, and gave me a referral to someone else for the piece of the puzzle that wasn't theirs to solve. In providing the referral they were not pushy about who I used, but instead served as an adviser for how to get someone to solve that piece of the problem regardless of whether it was someone they referred. I ended up using their referral and that individual did a great job for their piece of the solution.On July 4, 2023 (yes the holiday) my parents in Fairfax had their own water emergency. I contacted ARS and they promptly sent a team that solved the issue on the actual holiday.Lastly, today (Wed Nov 22 2023, the night before Thanksgiving 2023) I had another emergency in South Arlington. I discovered the issue in the evening and they had a team out within an hour. The team did what I had asked (fixed the emergency) and ALSO went above and beyond by diagnosing the root cause and putting a temporary fix in place that will work.I absolutely recommend working with Advanced Restoration Solutions and they will be the first person I call for water related emergencies!

They came and tried to upsell us on service we did not need. After we got the work done we needed, we had to coordinate on our own all the necessary people (remediation, cleanup, paint, drywall, etc.) they were not in communication and on the same page with each other. Not clear at all with the work that was going to be done. In a townhouse and told us we needed to have our neighbors agree to open up their shared wall with us (not discussed before), and then told us in that moment they would not repair the walls they were wanted to open. Just an all around messy situation. Eventually got resolved, but between the lack of communication amongst their team, trying to upsell us on services we didn't need, and not being transparent on their plans (tearing open neighbors walls), would not use them again.

Ran is very compassionate about his work and it shows through his excellent customer service. He keeps you updated on the process and progress throughout the entire project. Great service! I had water leak in my bathroom that caused serious water damage. I was out the entire weekend and came home Sunday night to a terrible sight. Our plumber caused leaks in three different areas of our home, so a friend of mine called these guys. They pulled up like knights in shining armor! They took care of the water and told me that I could have my insurance company deal with the issue after they witnessed the plumbers being really insistent that it wasn't their problem.
