We moved in to our home last year and decided to do some renovations. We looked up multiple contractors and got multiple quotes. From the beginning, Tyler and the team went above and beyond our expectations. We chose his team because of his professionalism, obvious competence in his craft, and competitive pricing. We got a brand new beautiful wooden fence around our large backyard exactly to our stated specifications, to replace the original out-dated chain-link fence. Additionally, Tyler designed and built an amazing shed big enough to fit a car, home gym, work/office space, etc. He started with a drawing design, dug into the local laws regarding permits and shed sizes, and provided us with all the options along the way within our budget (i.e. materials, exterior colors, door style and color, etc). The shed has a concrete base, is wired (underground) to our main electrical panel and has multiple GFCI outlets including an increased voltage outlet for bigger appliances, has a sloped 12’ roof, and 2 windows. To top it all, Tyler did additional research to find a roll up door that maximized the interior space. He sent his team back to ensure waterproofing of the shed and adjusting of the fence doors and posts after heavy rainfall. We are so appreciative of the constant communication throughout the entire project. Seriously folks, please consider Tyler and Design Pro for your home projects and renovations. He goes above and beyond to ensure every detail is implemented into the final design, and his team is incredibly skilled and professional. You will not be disappointed. Absolutely phenomenal job.

April 2024 (follow-up) -As we approach the one-year anniversary of our renovation we remain extremely pleased with the renovation results. I'm very happy with Design Pro! There are so many contractors out there. It's hard to figure out who to trust. You can trust Andrew and his team. They did a light flip on my personal home, renovating and remodeling all 3 levels. They were not the cheapest and they were not the most expensive. They were right in the middle, right where you want them to be. I asked them to do quite a bit in a short period of time. My main concern was wrangling all the contractors and subs that are involved. I wanted one point of contact. Andrew was the man! They do great work, are timely, and communicate very well. Hire them! When a slow leak destroyed our kitchen, we brought in five local companies to give us estimates. DesignPro won our business due to rave reviews from friends, their competitive pricing, experience with with home owner’s insurance, and the way they went above and beyond in customer service from the start. And boy did they deliver! Our project manager, MD, kept work rolling along with no delays, and his teams beat their timeline by a week. It was easy to communicate with him, and he guaranteed complete customer satisfaction, which he delivered. If you can request one of their teams, ask for Javier’s - their workmanship was absolutely incredible. We also can’t say enough about Meyer’s hardwood flooring team. They integrated new hardwood into old flooring seamlessly, making it appear as original flooring. Finally, Tiger’s cabinet crew made our kitchen complete with gorgeous new cabinets and even resurfaced our island to make it just the right shade of green. DesignPro flipped our homeowner’s nightmare into a dream come true by taking an unexpected renovation and giving us the kitchen of our dreams. We did a kitchen remodel, were 2 walls were removed, painted/ salvaged/moved existing cabinets, and turned a small side porch into a walk in pantry. We also had the hardwoods refinished throughout. Second time working with Design Pro, this time for far more work since my last experience six years ago. Total professionals, couldnt be happier with their work after a burst pipe essentially destroyed my condo and had to be gutted save for a bathroom.This was also my second time working with our Project Manager, Robbie. I found him to be extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and honest. Not to mention that the work finished on time (faster than I had ever expected) and on budget and it looks great. We'd probably have taken a different approach had this been a "voluntary" renovation but I wouldn't hesitate to use Design Pro a third time in hopefully our next home.

Design Pro performed above and beyond, helping me through kitchen and finished basement repairs following a faucet leak and significant water damage. As walls, and ceilings were opened up, the project expanded, and included structural repairs, water and mold remediation, insulation, plumbing repairs, electrical work, cabinet repairs, drywall, painting and carpet; the team worked with me when I identified scope outside of the immediate project area. I was able to rely on Design Pro for all aspects of the project so that I did not need to hire multiple trades or deal with separate contracts. Aaron, the Project Manager, was extremely responsive, worked with me on my timeline and helped with product returns if an item did not work out in the installation. This is the second time I have used Design Pro, and I am happy to recommend them.

Design Pro is a wonderful team! My husband and I fully renovated our 3B/3BA townhouse - We did a total kitchen remodel, put in a new bathroom, and updated floors and finishes around the house. Design Pro just completed a major addition to our old 1930s North Arlington home that included over 1,000 sq feet of new space. We would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Aaron Gezaw was truly fantastic with day-to-day management in terms of sharing progress and communicating questions. Both Brad and Aaron made it very easy to manage project progress. The subcontractors they employ for each specialty are experts at their craft. One of the best things- they stayed on or ahead of schedule the whole time! Our project estimate was that this addition would take 4 to 6 months and it took exactly 4 months. My neighbors and I were in disbelief that the project was done so quickly and on/ahead of schedule. We love our new space, it's transformed our home. We highly recommend Design Pro.

We recently purchased a 1961 Colonial with many original features that required updating. We decided to use Cameron with Design Pro Remodeling for a double bathroom renovation (Primary & Hall Bath). This included a complete layout reconfiguration of both bathrooms. Our hall bath was oversized for what it needed to be, so we wanted to repurpose the unutilized space to make a large, functional, & more modern primary bath.When you take into account the finite space, the existing infrastructure of the home, & the types of features & fixtures we wanted included, complex doesn’t begin to describe the scope of the project. Some of the more involved features include, but are not limited to, two fully digital shower systems with multi-thermostatic valves (this alone required very extensive plumbing), heated towel racks, redirecting HVAC ventilation ducts, installation of new ceiling fan ducting, new hall bath pocket door, custom primary shower doors, & recessed medicine cabinets / mirrors which required extra framing.As the project developed my wife & I had a few change orders we submitted as some of our initial preferences had changed. I know this can be a frustration point with any service provider, as it can completely alter the entire scope of a project. However, Cameron took these requests in stride & offered different suggestions as well as educated us how they would impact our total cost / timeline.Overall, Cameron did a fantastic job of communicating & solving all challenges of the project, & ultimately delivered the bathroom(s) of our dreams. Being the PITA client that I am, the quality of craftsmanship was of the utmost importance to me, & Cameron & his team produced. We recently hired Design Pro Remodeling to renovate our kitchen. Our project manager Janene was wonderful to work with. She was accommodating, friendly and communicative. Her number one concern was that we love the kitchen, and did everything in her power to make that happen. There were several hiccups during the renovation that were taken care of without hesitation (kitchen sink cabinet was cut wrong, outlet was installed in the wrong place for the microwave, electrical junction boxes being installed in the wrong spot so that they are exposed even after appliances are installed, etc). They could have pushed back on us about fixing the issues because they were not unsafe just visibly unappealing, but they wanted us to be happy with the kitchen. Mistakes happen, what is important is that they are owned and taken care of. Janene did not hesitate to jump through hoops in order to correct any problems that came up.Our onsite lead Jorge was also fantastic. He was honest, hardworking and very polite. He was very good about providing his honest opinion about whether or not an aspect of the project looked good or not. He provided feedback to Janene if he felt something did not meet his high standards. One example of him going above and beyond is when he told my wife and I that he was concerned the screws that came with the cabinet hardware we picked out would eventually strip the wood, so he went to Home Depot and picked up different screws, washers, and lug nuts he could apply to address the wood stripping issue. All he was required to do was attach the hardware, but he wanted it to be done the right way.Attention to detail is important, and both Janene and Jorge consistently demonstrated a great deal of it over the course of our project.I would recommend Design Pro Remodeling to anyone looking for a good contractor, and would happily use them again.Service: Kitchen remodeling

We had an absolute first rate experience with DesignPro Remodeling! They replaced our exterior siding from a dated white color to a modern grey (see photo), replaced all windows, replaced the sliding back door, and completely remodeled our kitchen (see before and after photo). From our initial meeting and design consultation, all through the construction phase, and ultimately ending with the project completion, every member of this company and their work crews was polite, punctual, professional, and obviously an expert in their trade. In particular, our Senior Project Consultant, MD Nobakht, was an amazing guide and communicator, always keeping us informed of construction schedules, materials deliveries, and aesthetic options ensuring we were completely satisfied with project results. MD and the DesignPro Remodeling team gave us great advice and ideas on how to perfect our project goals, yet they never pressured us into doing anything we weren’t comfortable with. We are beyond happy with everything, and we will definitely work with them again on future projects. I don't usually ever provide reviews, but I felt that the quality of service, trust, and pricing of Design Pro Remodeling and our general contractor Cameron was simply amazing. We recently purchased a home in early May and reached out to Cameron for an initial estimate on some major renovations on the home. At this time, material/labor shortages were already a major issue and we had a short turnaround period for the renovations to be completed. We were hoping to have all major items completed by August so we could avoid paying for a mortgage AND monthly rent for more than 3 months.In all, we did a complete tear down of our entire main floor to an "open concept," performed a major redesign of our kitchen area including new cabinets and appliances, installed a massive island centerpiece for our kitchen, refinished the hardwood floors in the living room and 4 upstairs bedrooms (including ripping out the carpet upstairs), added 2 mini split systems for our 3rd and 4th floor bedrooms, performed some electrical work for recessed lighting upstairs and downstairs, repainted the entire main living room area, sprinkled in some HVAC rerouting, and added new trim throughout our main floor.Throughout the entire process, Cameron and his crew were extremely professional and courteous. The one thing I truly appreciate about Cameron was his transparency, attention to detail and project management (he was a former IT Consultant and it really shines in his correspondence), and he always kept his team and sub-contractors accountable. There are always ups/downs with this type of renovation, but the one thing I could count on was Cameron always doing the right thing. And this gave me a great deal of confidence and a lot less stress when it came to the work being performed.We were not the easiest clients and we had very high expectations for our General Contractor. Time and time again - Cameron and his team showed up and consistently held themselves to those same expectations. I cannot emphasize enough how much trust I had in Cameron and his team - which is very rare these days. They were ultimately able to deliver on-time and we moved in with no issues.The final walkthrough and blue tape process was a breeze and all items we identified were promptly addressed. I would not hesitate to recommend Cameron and his great team at Design Pro Remodeling to anyone out there who may be looking to perform renovations in their home. Renovations are always challenging - the one thing that you need to have on your side as a consumer is a General Contractor you can trust. We used Design Pro Remodeling and worked with Cameron Brent for a kitchen update. Cameron and the team were great to work with from beginning to end. They repainted our cabinets, removed decorative wood pieces from cabinetry, installed new hardware, demoed a dry bar and added floating shelves and replaced our countertops and backsplash, as well as all of our hardware. In all aspects of the remodel, the team ensured the space was properly closed off to minimize dust and always cleaned up at the end of the day. Cameron was in constant communication with us, letting us know what to expect each step of the process and who would be on site which days. Our realtor, Renée McMahan Recommended hiring Design Pro to renovate two bathrooms, our kitchen, and do the flooring throughout our house. This was the best decision we could have made! Our project manager, MD and Formen, Julio and their team (Wilson is awesome too!) made what could have been a potentially anxiety ridden nerve-racking process, as smooth as we could have ever imagined. I wish I knew everyone’s names and individually, thank them for their hard work, professionalism, attention to detail, and responsiveness to our needs. We would give 4.5 stars if we could. The minor challenges we experienced were with the cabinet designers and electricians. The cabinet designers were slow to respond to our questions, and the cost was quite a bit higher than we expected. Scheduling the electricians proved a minor challenge, but once here they worked quickly and made all adjustments that we asked without problems. We can't give enough praise to Andy the project manager, and Luis, the foreman of the main crew. Andy responded to every email and was very patient with our questions and concerns. Luis and his crew arrived when they were scheduled and completed every job as we expected. We requested some changes along the way, and Andy was most accommodating. Cost was discussed and approved before the work began. They crews cleaned up after each day. The original estimate of the contract plus up-charges matched our final bill. Our kitchen is exactly what we wanted, and we love every minute we spend in it. We got a lot of renovation done throughout our house with Design Pro. Our project manager was Pauqar. I highly recommend them! I got a lot of personal references before I started using them and was happy to say that I was not disappointed. The best thing about design Pro is that they genuinely want to make sure the customer is happy. Renovation can be extremely stressful and they did as much as they could to make it manageable. The team is very calming and willing to listen and work with you to get to a good solution. They are all very open to feedback which I loved. They completed a lot of work on my house within a really good timeframe and they did not cause any delays. They also were great with doing all the permitting and building everything to code. I've worked with a lot of contractors and some of them caused me a lot of stress because they caused delays or made mistakes and then became defensive about them, but Design Pro was not one of them!
