I hired Elite Home Renovations to replace my 25 year old roof after I had multiple leaks in the upstairs rooms of my house.I got quotes from several companies, but Cal from Elite Homes was referred to me by Neighbor who spoke only good things about their work.Ultimately, they gave me the fairest price and most confidence to do the project. Cal went over the whole project with me, from picking out a shingle that matched my house, all the way down to the intricate details of how they would install the new roof, along with the improvements to make the roof even stronger than before (adding valleys in areas that were susceptible to leaks). He made the whole process simple and stress free for me.The project took about 3 days to complete from start to finish. The materials arrived 2 days before the project began and were stored neatly in the corner of my driveway.The workers showed up on time every morning, and worked till the later hours of the day, they even made sure to clean up after themselves everyday to make sure there was no trash laying around the perimeter of the house. If you live in an area where the HOA is strict, then you know how much that is appreciated.Cal was also on site to make sure the work was getting done, and everything was being handled properly. He would even send me photos during the process to show updates of the roof and how things were going.I cannot thank Elite Home Renovations enough for a headache-free and stress free project.We've had several major rainstorms in the DMV area the past 6 months, and I'm happy to report there isn't a single drop of water leaking anywhere. I feel safe knowing my roof can handle any sort of inclement weather for the next 20+ years.Thank you again for the great work!
