I didn't know how much a new roof or repairs would cost, but I was prepared for the worst. I made about 6-7 phone calls to different roofing businesses in Arlington to get an estimate. I decided to go with Kings. Reasons for this include: A representative came to our house and took the time to thoroughly assess our roof and explain the procedure to us. He provided a variety of financing alternatives to meet our needs, and his pricing was really fair. After everything was said and done, I had a sparkling new roof, and I am extremely pleased with it! We just bought a house in Bethesda in Maryland but it was in need of an urgent roof replacement before we move in. We called a few local companies but their quotes were unrealistic and weren't honest about hidden payments, and didn't look like professionals, but talking with Kings I realized how seasoned their team is, and checking their testimonials section on their website found out their quality, but once they came home and started working all my doubts disappear and over-passed our expectations. I'm really happy with the roof foam coating from Kings Roofing! I was a little worried that it would be a lot of work to apply, but it was actually really easy. The results are fantastic!
